I was used cdma modem for my internet, after stopping the cdma modem i have not used the internet through reliance communication and also mail sent your madurai bi bi kulam office for surrender of my net connection, but now phone calls are recd. For bill payment. Hence please surrender my net connection immediately. My internet no. Given below...

Recently i received a message stating that i have been subscribed to "adpaystrmgmlysubs". the message i received was as follows :
You have been successfully subscribed to adpaystrmgmlysubs service for 30 days.to un-subscribe sms unsub 3672 to 155223(toll free).
I can completely assure that no such value added service was subscribed by me. due to this service i lost about rs 100.

My Mobile No. [protected] is not working since last 7 days and repeatedly calling on reliance store and when i am going there they are saying sir is not there so we cannot do come again later . This is not 1st time they have barred my call 1st time also they did like this only and after that again this is happening and i am a working person and not able to go there daily . So i request you to help me ....

I had purchased Reliance dongle. Dongle no [protected] I has subscribed to 1 GB per month for life offer by paying Rs.3000 on December 2014
I had subscribed for Rs.3000 Scheme wherein I had assured 1 GB data per month for life.
Since two months I am not able to Browse.
I am getting message that not able to connect to computer.
Can you please rectify the problem & reactivate my dongle

I was using cdma services for 999 plan. they said they upgraded to 4g with the same plan. usually my bill will be 1149 (999 plan + taxes). but for last month, i got more than 2500 bill. so i decided to cancel my connection. hence i raised a cancel request.
Now they are asking me to pay 1149/- bill.
They disabled the login itself. how can i pay?
I also tried using paytm like sites....

Netconnect bills sent without service

I was using reliance netconnect dongle and internet service for CDMA was closed in Bangalore from 7th July 2016 and there was no service / signal after 7th July.

I have NOT migrated to new 4G, also NOT taken any SIM.

After service was stopped I called customer care several times to close my account - there was no response at all for several days, it just went...

called the co. helpline no service provided. visited the office no proper response.
unnecesary mental headache. asking for refund but yet no repy. no follow up from reliance co. help in this either provife the service or refund money.

On each outgoing call they said you don't have sufficient balance. But I have the balance and rechaged again. Still the same problem facing badly.I call to customer care no 198 daily from last 5 days and they gives the reply that your complaint is registered and you got the solution within 2 hours. I had to close the connection due to poor and no service and connectivity and unacceptible service.
However, the connection was then upgraded...

I have recently purchased reliance sim, that mobile having 25 paisa offer, today i had made one 3g pack for 42 rs, after making that recharge the call rate cutter is not working they have provided new rate cutter as1.5 paisa per second. They explains that was combo pack, the rate cutter will not work, the worst logic, there is no option available to deactivate that pack, worst network 3g internet also not available,

I received my balance that 30 rupes but balance redeem is 40.. So i think 10rupes is commission on reliance communication..
Why?
I think goverment are make rules to aganist every comunication company if company are wrong charged that refund palinty, bouns of balance...
