i am just irritated with the company reliance.I kept on complaining again and again but there is no permanent resolution.Everytime when i make a complaint they call me back and after that the connection work for 2 or 3 days.This is my last complaint after that if the problem will continue then i will take an action against the company.

On 13, 14 September, contacted by Mktg. Exec. Ms. Mansi ([protected])for better services in less payment to my mobile [protected] by Reliance. She advised to provide 2 photograph, a copy of Aadhar Card and Rs.300/- against 4G Sim.

Billing plan changed without customer concern
I have been using the reliance data card from last 5 months While converting from cdma to 4g, rcom promised through mails that tariff plans wont be changed. On that promise i have purchased wipod. But without my concern or information billing plan changed from unlimited 999 rs plan to thier default cheating plan.

[protected]@gmail.com for past 5 years, and paying my bill regularly, but when they switch 3g to 4g then only the problem starts, when customer care people called me and informed your same plan rs.999 unlimited plain will exist in 4g so dont bother about that, u have to buy our new 4g dongle, and your old data will not able use in future, so i purchased for rs.2500 new dongle.

Yesterday i had a recharge of 100 rs in [protected] reliance sim, and i had data pack too until 19 oct 2016. today what i saw, i have zero talktime i dont know why they detect my money. and data mb left 2mb. what the hell, every time in they have detect 70 80 rs from my no with no reason no message.

And no customer care response.

Hello, i am using reliance cdma service more than 10 year, but from last 2 – 3 month they close cdma services in our circle so i replaced my sim to reliance 4g. I wait for aprox 2 moths that their network will upgraded but still getting problem with 2g handset. I tried with nokia, samsung, micromax, and lg 2g hand set but some of them getting restart after inserting this new sim.

I have invested in reliance mutual fund via simply save application of reliance mutual fund. After investment i have noticed that my return goes up by approximately 10 percentage so i thought some of amount to be encashed by card given by them but when i checked amount which have been increased it shows just 10 rs of increase so basically its my direct lose of money because once money will decreased i can't take them so please do needful...

I had a Reliance Dongle ([protected]) (pro 3/CDMA) I paid 1500 Rs for the Device.

Approximately 3-4 months back reliance discontinued the CDMA service and i never used the service since then, i registered online for the new device no one contacted from reliance.

Issue, is i am still being charged every month and reliance is not owning this issue and not waiving off my bill.

It seems Reliance does not provide any way to see the promo balance as they intend to cheat people.

Once call is hanged up it only shows main balance and even it seems customer is being charged more minutes from the promo balance,

I have observed it multiple times I'm very much sure I'm being charged more.

I did a recharge of 295 recently for the below tariff but I feel terrible...

There was balance of 140rs in my reliance no [protected] and all was deducted without Any reson, customer care is also worst not telling me why it is deducted even not connecting my call to supervisor. They are saying we dnt have any information about deduction then who is going to help me. It is my worst experiance with reliance as i bought new connection....

After changing from reliance CDMA to Reliance 4G services. We are not receiving proper network services. It take services of Tata DOCOMO & call cannot get connected. signals go away while talking call gets disconnected. First i active 3g net pack 1gb i used same net, after 4 days in mid night i active night pack 1gb 3g net pack, i want use this night 1gb promo balance, when i use net then chak net balance, its show that the net are not cut from my promo net, its cut from my main net balance, i call castmare but no response from there.
