As per this message the offer was 1GB 3G internet is @ 45₹ so I did the same recharge but I got just 45₹ instead of 1GB internet after I called Reliance...

My barcode is hacked

I got a barcode on my phone but when i did go to the store to avail the sim i found that it has already been redeemed by someone.. The jio office people said nothing can be done about it. Like what the hell? Its my phone my bar code and someone else is using the sim on my barcode. Please look after this matter and make me issue a new barcode so that i can use jio services on my phone....

What about the previous credit balance of rs.757 /-* where is that gone?? That was supposedly given to me in lieu of the harassment that i faced during your migration to 4g when it became impossible for me to log in to the dongle.....

Facing a hell lot of trouble because of the ineffective services... No one s picking up the phn, they have taken 300rs as well as they have closed my previous original number also n not activating...
