I am using reliance data card from Nov-15, and my plan is 699 per month. I was paying my bill on regular basis. In the month of July I got a call saying that my data card should be upgraded to 4G with existing plan and CDMA services gonna stop. I paid 900 rupees and purchased 4G LITE dongle and as usual I got my august month bill it was 710 and I paid it.

I was using the data card and suddenly my services...

Several reminders send to reliance company and asked to stop my connection reliance connection for 3g - [protected],

Reliance company was stopped 03 g service in earlier (Or an before july 2016).

Now thy demanding the bill on my 3g - [protected] connection.

Since june 2016 on wards my 3g - [protected] was not connecting inter net and i have paid june month bill also.br...

I have reliance prepaid gsm sim from himachal pradesh. But that sim is registered to vinod (Shopkeeper). Presently i am in bangalore, i wants same no.in bangalore. The reliance sim service provider told me first u convert this no. To postpaid, after one month it will be convert to prepaid. I had paid rs 300 and he give me new reliance postpaid sim. He told this no will be activate within one week. But 4 month past. No is not activated. He...

I'm rhushal prashant bhasharkar from nagpur. I got a mail yesterday from cro. [protected]@gmail.com explaining me to confront at pune court for non payment issues. I bought a relaince net plus usb device 2 to 3 years back and booked a plan for 599 or 499 unlimited data. Instead of which i got some other pack activated on my account. I payed increased bill for 2 months and then discontinued the service since they did not change the data...

Dear sir i got my number re issued somehow it started bt after 2 days no got address verification negative n i informed reliance store my services r off now getting so much difficulties and getting no response from that side its more than 4 days now... I got verification msg 4 friday bt still not done... They normally ignores my call... Reliance employees r much ignorant... Cc= lajpat nagar...

I have went to the reliance store in chennai broadway for more than 5 to 6 times as per their assurance that they will give new jio sim card, whenever we go and ask they will either say server issue or sim card no stock, not only for sim if you go to buy anything in store they will not even give proper response.

I'm really surprised how reliance is having such a incompetent staffs for their stores.

Habbitual of extorting money in the name of services provided.

I want to cancel a reliance no and went to nearest store at velachery(Sai Communications) the employees over there doesn't know to speak with customers always they are showing rude behaviour. They had registered a complaint on cancelling that Sim, they dialled to another customer care service member and that lady in the call is not ready to listen to my query she was continuously insisting on what she is saying and she forced me to listen...

I got jio sim from jio center & jio sim activated the same time but till date not getting the welcome offer from jio. I have tried many time to call customer care for that problem and after several attempts call connected to customer care they people said within 48 hours your problem will be solved. After 48 hours again customer care asked all information about mobile imei no. & serial no. And said your problem will be solved within 48 hours......

I've received the following fake e-notice final intimation which claims to be sent from the district court. check the sender in 'from', this clearly states that it is not sent by any legal authority.

I've also attached a pdf attachment of the september 2016 bill statement which says that the due date is 15th oct 2016.

Dear sir/madam,

I was using reliance communications 3g network connection services vide data card/dongle no [protected] and cleared the bills on 24.07.2016 even with out using the net services for the past 2 to 3 months with a view that there may be some problem with my laptop.

Later on somebody from reliance communications called and updated that they have migrated from 3g to 4g services and insisted me to migrate...
