As reliance shut down their cdma operations i was asked to upgrade to their 4g service for which i had to buy a new 4g wi-pod and was assured i would get the same plan which is minimum 5 mbps speed and unlimited download. i was assured this by their by 3 reps in their call center. their website informed...

Reliance again stolen rs 150 from my mobile (mobile number :[protected] balance without any information to me. reliance had stolen rs 180 + rs 23 i. e. total rs 203 on 10-11th jun'16. they refunded rs 180 after placing a complaint here on https://www.consumercomplaints.in but again they had dedcuted rs 23 within 24 hours. i thought of to forget about rs 23 dedcution, as no one wishes to kill his / her 3-4 hours to talk to reliance customer...

Whenever i make recharge, the company deducts my whole balance by messaging that 'ADPAYStrmgMlySubs service has been renewed' while there is no such service is activated. Some times they also charge me for incoming calls. Customer care never respond. I am frustrated now at my peak....

I'm regretting a lot after becoming a customer of reliance gsm. I thought it is gonna provide better service but i was wrong. My plan for call rate was good and it was valid for 6 months. But one day, i did e-recharge on my number and instead of providing me 23.67 inr (Almost), they provided 30 inr but my call rate plan was changed to 30 paise/min at all numbers and was valid just for a month. Visited to reliance gallery (west) and they told me due to 4g up gradation cdma network hamper... and as of now there is no 4g network in virar hence we failed to upgrade to 4g. even that customer care person not ready to supply 4g device, he said there is no service for 4g in virar so its a unnecessary...

Whenever weather becomes little bit cloudy or windy it loses the connection, where other DTH operator works perfectly fine for all my neighbours.

Balance deducted daily and when we call in 198, they say that, "due to technical issues, we are unable to provide details". I already called 40-50 times, but they always said same thing. I am using data card no. [protected] being post paid customer. I placed the order for wi-pod for upgrading it to 4g on 11th june 2016. During the process of payment the transaction failed and i was unable to make the payment for wi-pod 4g. During the process an order no. Ndyefhziu dated 11.6.2016 was generated. On 27/07/2016 rs 26/- recharge for reliance to reliance 10p/min call rate val: 2days. Recharge ref number is rel[protected]
But when call to a reliance number it deduct rs 12.30/- for 8min 12sec.
When talked to customer care every time they replied technical issues and asked to call after 1hrs.
9:32am, 10:34am, 11:35am times already talked.
The validity of the package is 2days it take one day for technical problem....

With out my confirmation relicance decided my montly plan of rs.2233/- plus taxes and sending the bill for rs 2500/- plus every month
When i asked about the monthly plan 2233 they simply replying we dont have that plan how come reliance sending the bills 2233 monthly plan when they dont have such kind of plan.
How reliance came out with 2233 per month plan specially to one customer in india?

I complained for internet speed on february 8, 2016, but no reslotuion i got from their end. There was no internet at all, i have attached the snapshot also but now they are sending some litigation mail constantly stating i have to pay bill amount however i have not used their service as i have complained that i don't have internet connection in my data card.

Last 20 days the internet is not connected the given speed of the reliance wipod due to changes of cdma to 4g. They switchof the cdma tower and linked with mts tower for cdma customer on 9 june up to now the 4g is not activated and 3g is also not work. The modum is connected in only 1x speed (2g speed).
