With all due respect, i want to say that i am using reliance gsm network in my tablet since 2 years under no [protected] for internet purpose

I recharged my no. On 10th may& 13th may, 2016 for rs.123 & 698 in which i have to got 1 gb & 10 gb data respectively as per the message i got from your side. I got only 650 mb & 4.4 gb data.

To know the reason and rectifying the problem i constantly contacting your customers...

Sir. Company still not provide 2g data benefit. I had recharge on 14 may 2016 by 175rs. But company still not provide me data benefit. Kimdly do needful sir. My mobile no. Is [protected]. I saw an offer of 499 jalsa plan unlimitet local and std callas, roaming incomming and outgoing also unlimited, 2g data unlimited. So i tried to change to relience because they had a rule that this plan ie jalsa 499 is only per mnp customers but they have chsnged the plan to 599 and that too only 4000 calls.
I request relience to change the plan to the older one and my problem for being late is my sim is new one so it takes 90 days...

3) one service namely HandyGo deducted my amount balance 6 time for activation of same service for diffeerent period in 2 hrs for 7 rupees, 14 ruppes, 5 rupees, 5 rupees and 1 rupees again
4) That totaly failure of relcom company management to secure this type issue

As I am having reliance number [protected], I am using this number in District- Dhanbad, State- Jharkhand, under Patna circle. Whenever I call Reliance to Reliance STD or Local call, it always disconnected by the reliance service providers. Call disconnected within 1-2 minutes and it happening from last one months. It cost me & disturb me a lot. It seems that my outgoing call has been blocked by reliance service provider....

I have taken reliance pro3 dongle around 1 year back and was paying bill regularly. The promised speed was 7 mbps even though they are advertising 14.7 mbps. But from the beginning i was getting speed less than 1 mbps or sometimes between 1-2 mbps. I was impacted heavily on my work front and raised several grievances on pg portal for the same.

(Amg infotech 16a, ashutosh mukherjee road, opposite gajapark petrol pump kolkata west bengal 700025) on 17/05/2016.
I had visited to upgrade my reliance cdma sim card to 4g network as i received sms from the company to collect the sim card from the nearest store free of cost. The main person of the store first of all not responding...

My self ritesh chandak, residing in rohini g21, house no 106&107, sector 7, 110085. Have taken a new number from reliance through namo narayan comunications under the plan of rs 699 on 14th may 2016. Since then my number is not active yet. Physical verification of my address is done on 15th may2016. Tower is showing in my cell. But when trying to connect it say to contact customer care to resume services.

I have called reliance four times just to disconnect my dongle as i have not been using it.
The customer care have been rude, not attentive and have disconnected my calls without any concern.
At this moment too i am on call... And i have been put to wait. More than 20 mins for this call. Still waiting for them to take a cancellation request.

I have had enough of all of this!!! Trying to talk to your supervisor seems impossible and my emails don't get any replies... This is the last straw. I make a recharge of mobile 3G net on [protected] date 15/05/2016 i received the massage of recharge done but after recharge i was not able to use the net service i make the complaint same day 15/05/2016 on *333 the take my complaint and told in next 48 hours your problem will resolve and gave me complaint no:[protected]. from that still i am waiting but i didn't get the solution.
without net i am suffering lot of problem...

My reliance GSM No is [protected], and for last few days I am surfing from by balance deduction problem whenever I recharge my phone next day when I check my balance there is showing low balance every time I tried care no. 198 many time but no response may time I tried to call care but not respond them every time IVR option only available there no executive picked the fone so solve the problem
