I'd like to complain against Reliance communications for cheating as well making vulgar calls through the number [protected]. 4 years ago I used the broadband service and I disconnected it and paid all the dues. When I made the last payment I was not given NOC and it hardly mattered for Rs 600/- but they continued billing me though I lest that place and disconnected everything for next 3-4 months and made a bill of Rs 2700 around...

Am nitin lakhotia from kolkata, from last 7 years am using reliance post paid connection but from last few days am having huge problem of network.
From last 6 days am unable to make any outgoing calls as well incoming calls all my customer are telling we are unable to hear your voice properly leave this network.

This compliant is regarding poor service provided by reliance communications - i am using reliance cdma phone since february 2015. I have purchased cdma connection (Zero rental plan) along with handset from shop. Rcom.Co.In and paid 2 years advance rental under that scheme.

Last month reliance communication forcefully shifted me to its gsm network from cdma saying i will get the same plan...

I Have a reliance cdma netconnect in which i had recharged for 1 year . but now reliance has shut down their cdma network in punjab. i contacted customer care to refund my advance balance . but they are not giving any response to my communication.
datacard of reliance also become obsolete because of cdma. which i had purchased for 1400 rs.kindly solve my problem as soon as possible...

Whats happening with rcom? Are u doing fair business or sucking customer`s blood???

Hi, this is mohit modi, from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
I have purchase post paid data card from local relaince store before 6 month,
i had paid 1300 rs. for data card, & then choose monthly rental plan,

now Big Cheater Relaince comunication is saying your data card & monthly service is not valid because they have stop CDMA network & shifted to 4G,

to continue your service, you have to buy new device...

I dr. Asit kumar dash was using the rcom cdma number [protected] in my cdma mobile for more than 10 years. This number was linked to my gas connection as well as banking operation. All of a sudden i found that the company has stopped proving service without giving us a chance to generate the upc code for mnp to other service provider. I paid 1770/- on Feb 22nd 2016 but still connection is not installed, technical team said they had issue here in this area .
So I asked for refund, refund stii not done. 2 and half months over.

From last 2 weeks company start deducting balance automatically without any reason when I complained in customer care they returened balance but next day again deduct same way . Its very disappointing and harassing that companies like reliance communication making fools to their customer and snatching their money through fake bills.

My reliance cdma post paid number is [protected] have brought on january 2016 for some official purpose as am doing work from home so have taken monthly charges of 1000 rs unlimited calls plan but after using this got disappointment and difficulties...

In bhuj allover reliance provide 1-2 point network,
Also after roaming loss data connection.
Pls. Provide reliance network proper if not resolve than we r think about port out from reliance.
Befor February month we can use data in docomo network but after march when sim go roaming no connection start for Internet.
And also at calling time cut voice, what r u doing Reliance ?...

On 16th may, i checked offers on my reliance gsm prepaid sim ([protected]) by using ussd code *129# and there was a offer of rs. 94/- with the benefit of 1gb data for 28 days. But when i recharged with rs 94/- i get only 500mb data for 21 days only i. E. Half of the promised data with less validity. The customer executives says this offers is for new users only. Then why the hell this offer was shown to me (Means old user). The customer care...

If there is any wrong debit to our account in HDFC Bank, Branch staff is unable to answer saying that we have to raise a complaint on [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

After sending complaint mail, we get a complaint number and thereafter n response. I am sending reminders, but there is no response.

Please let us know how to escalate complaints.

I have applied for reliance broadband connection on the month of january and paid around 1800rs. I didnt get the broadband connection yet but two bills are generated and sent. This is ridiculous. I have been requesting reliance customer care to terminate the wimax connection that i was using from 2010 asap. But instead of terminating, they have been delaying and as a result of this, they have been charging monthly bill. I had initially complained about network problems, but they did not resolve it. Company says that they going to upgrade their's cdma network in 4g, so i do all formalities to upgrade in 4g to dated 6 may 2016.
