Dear sir, i am nitin mogre i had recharged my reliance gsm sim with rs93 on 5 may because i got the special offer from reliance that in 93 rupees i get 10gb 2g data so i recharged it but it was giving slow speed thats why i did a small 3g recharge but after 2 day on 7th may in the morning i saw that my all 10gb data is gone, i used only 300-400mb and it is not possible for anyone to use all 10gb 2g data in one night. My name is Hemant Kumar. My phone number is [protected]. The balance on my number was Rs 75 earlier but when i checked it today i found it to be Rs 71. I called the customer care and told her about my problem. She told me that today a service has been activated for which rs 1 has been deducted and on 9 may also a service was activated for which rs 3 was deducted. She refunded me the money which service has activated today but she didn't refunded...

I have done mnc (Portability) on 4th april and my connection started on 15th of april but no recharge and frc is taking and after 2 days its my number was deactivated automatically. Then i complained to reliance store then its again activated but still my cdma number is not taking recharge of rs. 96 to upgarde in 4g and i am suffering from 2 weeks. I already complain it but no reply from reliance....

As per reliance communication company, they have given a portability offer (Reliance Postpaid No. - [protected]) that if i do portable with reliance sim, then with Rs599 rental they will provide unlimited voice calls, sms and 1 Gb 3G internet for domestic and roaming lifetime.But it found cheated in the first month only.

Now no outgoing calls are going + no incoming calls are comming. I feel very frustrated to switch to Reliance...

On 7.5.2016 I purchased a sim bearing no. [protected] from a retailer at surtaing Rainawari area. But the sim has not been activated despite lapse of about a week now. I tried my best to contact the concerned for redressel of my grievance, but all in vain. Negligence on the part of concerned agency put me in a great trouble...

I have purchased a post paid reliance sim on the plan of 399 rental on 11.4.16.
I have received 50 of calls from your company about the activation of the sim but still it is not activate... Everyone of your company doing false promises regarding sim activation.
I told everything on call whenever a person call me from your company but they always promise me of make call from senior person but that call never came.br...

Dear sir,
I am very unhappy customer of reliance although I am a user of 10 years of reliance but since 1 year my balance is always going to deduction when I recharge after that no phone is connected with customer care. I donot know why this like doing this company. I hope I shall get the proper solution as soon as possible.

It is almost one month passed and your 3gbroadband dongle is not working properly . I have discussed this problem with your customer care but they always say due to some new installations this is happening it will be soon recovered.

Hi,

My Reliance No. [protected] is not working. when i am calling to this number i am getting "this number not in service". When i am dialing from this number a message appeared as "please check network service".

Please resolve this issue and let me know if you want further information.

Reliance connection — not working for more than a month,

My reliance broadband internet connection (Subscriber id:[protected] stopped working from 31-march-2016 to till today (09-may-2016). I was calling reliance customer care for more than one month. I even mailed to netconnect. [protected]@relianceada.com; [protected]@relianceada.com;
