I have closed my account ([protected]) in Dec and paid all due from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit (500/-) has to be refunded at the time of closing the account I would like to know how and when I would get the amount back. I am yet to get my amount back even my last statement shows -600 as balance as i have paid excess amount during disconnecting the Connection. please let me know how to get my money back....

It is brought to your kind notice that about ten years back I have purchased subject captioned scheme by depositing a lump sum amount by which it was agreed to allow me 500 minutes (LIFE TIME) free talk time every month throughout India. I had requested reliance customer office to swap my old sim to a new sim in friday that is in dated 12.05.16. They had taken my i'd proof and aĺl relivent document for the process and given me a new sim and charged me rs50. But it is very disgusting to see that already 4 days had passed but they havnt yet swap my number now they have activated my number. My name is vinayak agrawal and my no. Your executive Mohan (I checked hi Reliance ID card) has already collected from me Rs 1830 on 10/5/2016 morning but even after more than 6 days the CAF number is not in your system. Have you hired people to collect money from people on Reliance behalf and not provide service or any response either for that matter.

What the hell company. Again and again they are deducting my balance. But now they much more than deduction. Yesterday i do recharge of 175rs. In whichi get 1.75gb(instead of 3.5gb)

Reliance is big cheater, my number [protected] last month I am use only 14 day reliance postpaid sim because reliance postpaid stopped my SIM service 16 day after 16 day SMS received your complaint solve and SIM is active, now after bill is update and Bill update 30 day, now my question is why I m pay full month rental when I m use only 14 day

I am pradeep, I have been using Relaince CDMA services as last year I ported from vodafone to relaince cdma. But the network of cdma is too weak to talk. I request you to improve the network so as to consumers have ease to use your network services, otherwise we shall opt for portability.

I am Vineetha Ramkumar. My complaint was registered almost two months back. As mentioned before three calls came from different executives, but no use. My Rs 1000 not yet received. I had recharged my Reliance GSM number ([protected]) with Rs 43 from Indore, Madhya Pradesh (which is a pack providing Free Incoming Calls on Roaming & Home & National Calls at 1.8p Per 2 Sec) on 14 April 2016 for which i was provided validity period of 30 Days i.e 14 May 2016 but I've been charged Re1 for a Minute from today i.e 13 May 2016.
