Not taking action when request made for terminating wimax connection

Hello sir,
I have been requesting reliance customer care to terminate the wimax connection that i was using from 2010 asap. But instead of terminating, they have been delaying and as a result of this, they have been charging monthly bill. I had initially complained about network problems, but they did not resolve it. So from last 2 months i do not have the connection as well.

Frustrated, i removed the wire and modem....

Unavailability of rcom cdma network

Dear sir/madam,
My reliance cdma postpaid no is [protected] from up east circle and currently i am at roaming in haryana. Company says that they going to upgrade their's cdma network in 4g, so i do all formalities to upgrade in 4g to dated 6 may 2016. And now from dated 17 may 2016 thers no network in my cdma no as well as 4g. I have complains many times but not got any proper response from them. So please help me.

Want to change postpaid plan

Balance deduction

On 21�52016 i had made a recharge of 50 on my number [protected]. And activate 3g pack of 9 rs. And start using net pack. At around 8-9 pm my balance has been deducted from my account. Without using any service. After that at around 11 o clock when i was checking my gprs account balance i was found that i have still 5.6 mb left in my account.
Than why my balance is deducted from account.. When i call on 198 they sir we are unable...

Please try again after sometime. Reliance social media team arranges callback from customer care. I donot understand why there is need of callback.

Didn't provide what they promise

Deducted balance
