Plan deactivation without any appropriate reason

Dear sir/madam,
the reliance postpaid plan Jalsa998N with 50% discount on mobile
no-[protected] was deactivated without any notice or prior
communication on 04.05.2016 . On inquiring to reliance customer care i
was told to change the plan forcefully, without specifying any reason.
I have urgent requirement of my mobile no and I am unable to make
calls due plan deactivation. I feel harassed and cheated....

Wrongly bill and abusing

I am Durgesh Kumar Mishra from gurgaon and i have a no of reliance . the company has billed me every month extra uses . but i am using 1 gb data billed was 1.5 gb data .

Worst broadband service

I've been using reliance broadband since past 3 months. I am facing a lot of stability issue with the Internet service. I have to launch a new complaint daily to reliance customer care and every day they will say that the problem will be solved within 24 hours. Promo balance is not used while in roaming

Hii I am using [protected]. On 27/04/16 I recharged a special offer of ₹93 and got 10 gb 2g valid for 28 days. Then on 03/05/16 I recharged ₹9 3g for 1 day. On 4/05/16 l lost both the net packs and 9gb data left was lost.

Data issue

I Have discussed about Network area Reliance customer team but Major issue I am in Delhi Network is showing in roaming and Data Signal do not show also.

I never expect such poor service from reliance and i don't know

Actual problem:


I took new wifi connection at 26-dec-2015 with four month advance rental plan. I paid total amount of rs.3393, for rs 599 plan, not even 3month completed my connection was barred from mar 1st week, , , , , still now nobody is resolving my issues.

Not providing services paid for

Payment not credit in our gsm bill

Additional money being deducted for my calls

I had done a recharge of Rs 52 which was supposed to cut down the call rates of all local/STD Reliance to Reliance mobiles to 15p/min. But even after the recharge all my local Reliance to Reliance calls were charged amost 1Rs/min.

I called the customer care and they told me that its an error from their end and the will fix it ASAP. But nothing happened. I called 3-4 times and every time all they could give me were excuses....

Wrong plan provided (explained something and provided something else)

Reliance recharge

I have recharged to my mobile ([protected]) for Rs.300 on 3rd Dec 2015. I made few calls with this mobile and kept this mobile in my home itself. After 3 months, suddenly I have received a SMS that my mobile balance was low. Again I have recharged my mobile, reached Reliance Customer care and requested for 6 months statement.

Based on your statement provided by Reliance, I have utilized only for Rs.4.20.

Reliance s a reputed thief today... I recharged rs.55 on 26th march den after a call 42 was left and suddenly after few days they deduct the balance n it dropped to rs.1.64... N when contacted with the customer care they told they keep only last three days information... Just not getting what type of a company this reliance is that deletes their databses...

Reliance is the big thief.. Be careful!!!...

I had discussion on the same time (Request date) with your executive and I told sticky that I want to close the connection now on wards but the executive explained me about the scheme that you can continue for 3 months by just paying your last bill amount and if you think to continue the service you can continue....
