I submitted a connection termination request on 19th February where I stated that since I'll be leaving India my existing connection under user ID[protected] be closed. I did my reliance gsm balance recharge of rs. 60 on 17 april, 2016. On 24 april, when i checked my balance it was less than a rupee. On calling the consumer care executive, they are giving lame reason that i have activated various pack.

I am a reliance gsm customer with mobile no. [protected]. I tried several times to get UPC code to port out, but every time when I am sending message "PORT [protected]" TO 1900, I receive a message that service is temporarily not available. I m trying it from last three month, but in vain.
I register complaint on 12/02/2016, 21/02/2016, 23/04/2016 and received a message that complaint is resolved. But still I am not getting my UPC code...

I am a resident of raigarh, Chattisgarh state.. Earlier we had plans like Rs 275 recharge where we used to get R2R all India unlimited plans.. But now u have those facility for 599 Rs.. So it is a humble request to reliance communication to come up with some economical plans which fits everyone's pocket. Please it's a request as everyone can't afford that....

During purchase i am submitted all correct document & after verification the sim is continue . now the sim is close .

When i inform to the customer care they the document is not correct .

I am facing this ridiculous problem from Relaince communication that They have been deducting money for V.A.S from my account since the time I have joined them. I never applied for any V.A.S service from my side but whenever I recharge my phone within one they they deduct all my money for VAS with any name and when i complain for it to the customer care they say me one straight line that you have activated this service from your...

Today (22/04/2016) i received a call from a number +[protected] at 12:39 pm and 12:54 pm... The name of the executive was Tina. she asked me that i haven't made the payment for the last two bills i.e. for the month of February and March and the amount was approximately Rs 750... i replied to the lady that " see i will pay for the 1st bill as i have no usage in the 2nd bill because due to non payment of the bill for the month of february...

I am using Reliance Broadband Service and my ID is[protected]. From 30th March 2016 to 7th April 2016 my internet was not working. I complained on Reliance Broadband Customer Care and also on Higher Authorities ([protected]) but complaints gets closed within 24hrs without resolving the issue or without confirming the status.
