Yesterday i recharged our mobile no [protected] ₹97(Jalsa pack).I check on www.Rcom.Co.In regard jalsa pack 97.It shows reliance calling ₹2500 minute free and other [protected]@30p/minute.But i get the facility of 50p/minute.In place of @30p/minute.
I contact customer care but they did not give proper response.
I request you please give the facility [protected]@30/p.Otherwise you refund our money as a full talk time.br...

Sir, i am regular user of reliance pre paid service.. my reliance no. is [protected]. I got a message on my this no. that if you install an app called reliance insta care you will get 500 mb data as benefit. I installed the app on 21 april 2016 and i got message that day that you sucesafully installed it, you will get the benefit within 24 april but till date its not given to me. I am really upset from this service sir, i think i need to quit...

Hi I just got my number ported to reliance under 599.i had received a call from reliance customer care the guy other side told me that reliance is providing me a plan RGjalsa 599 and after thats moneth i had paid 189 ruppes then sudddnly my bill have come again 1400 something. and i have already called up to customr care he told me thats my plan is same but isn, t unlimted and then i have call to my retailer wer i pickup my seem card. but...

I was charged with 26rs without any subscription to VAS . it was not first time I lost my balance of 85rs without any reason which I was recharged with on[protected] .they provide no way to talk with customer care executives . I also also contacted them by emailing but there was no reply
Please refund my money otherwise I will switch to any other survice provider...

I had a reliance sim card, every month they have sending me wrong bill and then they change the bill amount by saying and accepting that wrong charges applied and waveoff done. but the wrong amount was still reflecting on all next bills, and one day they had send me bill of 700 even my credit limit was 500 and plan was 349. Unstopped communication from the No.3600 that " last call charge for 00:00:00: is from Main Bal : 1.00 for the telephone No. [protected]. For every such calls one rupee is cut from main balance since so many days. Customer Care personnel is unable to diagonalise the problem. please set right this issue....

Reliance data speed is very slow(40 to 110kbs), my basic plan is 40Gb (14.7 mps). i called customer care to resolve network issue but not yet fixed.

I raised termination request after so many follow ups,

I haven't subscribed to any value added service but still charged 30 rs for the same. This is not the first time i have been charged without even subscribing to any VAS. Please do the needful as soon as possible . Seriously reliance service is pathetic and there is no way to contact reliance customer care executives. Please refund my money else i will have no option other than switching to some other service provider...

I have reliance postpaid number [protected]. i pay 9800 advance for 1 year plan . company offer is unlimited calling, sms, roaming, unlimited 3g internet.
bt last week on date 19/4/2016 without any infirmation company changed my plan for just 5gb 3g + 2g unlimited . 5gb internet not enough for me so i want my old plan unlimted 3g internet i[censored] not provide then return my money my alternate number is [protected] (balwinder singh)...

I queried about braodband connection and i got call from a guy named (Ajay kumar mob no - [protected]).He took money from me on 22nd april 2016 and told will be providing connection within 2 days.After two days when i called him he did'nt pick up my call.Now his phone is coming switch off.I tried to call his manager mob ([protected]). His mobile is also swicted off....

I checked on *129# and selected option 3 of Super 10 GB data offer of Rs. 397=10 GB for 28 days. I got it recharged of 397 on 23 april 2016 and received data pack of only 3 GB. But as per the offer on *129# of Rs. 397=10 GB for 28 days. I should received 10 GB. I raised a complaint[protected] they replied onus talk time could not be credited as there is no offer as per the otafrecharge date....

Your customer care executive contacting on watsapp from his no. And creating nuisance from [protected]. Name on the display is found to be Vishu.
Is this policy your company is following to get a customers number from your registered list and an employee of your could message on personal chats at late nights.
What the standard such employees create.

My balance is getting deducted and the message is coming that i am using data pack (Internet). I called reliance customer care and they told me same story that i am using mobile internet (Gprs). Though i have checked many times that my data pack is off and i am using internet via wifi.
Please help as i have already lost 95 rs and it is going on....

I am constantly getting emails from this address for a connection which I had terminated 8 months back!. And these are quite threatening emails. I have confirmed from reliance customer care that I do not have any dues on this number !!! .

But nobody takes care, and also mail to your customer care. Many s.R no. I got it.

Without repairing your network problem. You make bill.

Now i got bill amount 1571.00 rupees....

My data card no-[protected] has been deactivated from 10th april due to some verification issues.I have gone to reliance world and even resubmitted the documents two times but still it is not activated. I have contacted the person with whom i bought the wipod and even customer care but it does not do anything.

I am feeling very bad to say that i am facing lot of problem from reliance broadband & telephone service. In the last six days i have made two requests with sr no.[protected] & sr no.[protected] but till date my broadband and phone is dead from last six days. It is causing lot of problems to me. But your co. Would charge full rental even if it is restored now. Further there are frequent intruptions when electricity goes...

I had purchased reliance sim on 18april 2016 for rs .70 and i am get assurance of talktime rs 70. but within two days u cut all my balance without any reason.after that i recharge for rs50. now also u guys loot my balance without any reason .i had register a complaint sr.no.[protected]. u refund some balance.but once again u loot all the balance.i am scared to recharge this reliance number[protected]. when ever i recharge u guys loot my balance...
