Yesterday i recharged our mobile no [protected] ₹97(Jalsa pack).I check on www.Rcom.Co.In regard jalsa pack 97.It shows reliance calling ₹2500 minute free and other [protected]@30p/minute.But i get the facility of 50p/minute.In place of @30p/minute.
I contact customer care but they did not give proper response.
I request you please give the facility [protected]@30/p.Otherwise you refund our money as a full talk time.br...

I installed the app on 21 april 2016 and i got message that day that you sucesafully installed it, you will get the benefit within 24 april but till date its not given to me. Unfair deduction of balance

I was charged with 26rs without any subscription to VAS . it was not first time I lost my balance of 85rs without any reason which I was recharged with on[protected] .they provide no way to talk with customer care executives . I also also contacted them by emailing but there was no reply
Please refund my money otherwise I will switch to any other survice provider...

Over charging of bill and billing even after closing the number

I had a reliance sim card, every month they have sending me wrong bill and then they change the bill amount by saying and accepting that wrong charges applied and waveoff done. but the wrong amount was still reflecting on all next bills, and one day they had send me bill of 700 even my credit limit was 500 and plan was 349. I haven't subscribed to any value added service but still charged 30 rs for the same. This is not the first time i have been charged without even subscribing to any VAS. Please do the needful as soon as possible . Seriously reliance service is pathetic and there is no way to contact reliance customer care executives. Please refund my money else i will have no option other than switching to some other service provider...

I queried about braodband connection and i got call from a guy named (Ajay kumar mob no - [protected]).He took money from me on 22nd april 2016 and told will be providing connection within 2 days.After two days when i called him he did'nt pick up my call.Now his phone is coming switch off.I tried to call his manager mob ([protected]). His mobile is also swicted off....

I checked on *129# and selected option 3 of Super 10 GB data offer of Rs. 397=10 GB for 28 days. I got it recharged of 397 on 23 april 2016 and received data pack of only 3 GB. But as per the offer on *129# of Rs. 397=10 GB for 28 days. I should received 10 GB. I raised a complaint[protected] they replied onus talk time could not be credited as there is no offer as per the otafrecharge date....

Balance deduction

My balance is getting deducted and the message is coming that i am using data pack (Internet). I called reliance customer care and they told me same story that i am using mobile internet (Gprs). Though i have checked many times that my data pack is off and i am using internet via wifi.
Please help as i have already lost 95 rs and it is going on....

Termination of data card

Reliance wi-pod

I have contacted the person with whom i bought the wipod and even customer care but it does not do anything.

Cut of balance with out any reason
