I was staying in pune for 2 yrs & left the place in the year 2012. I had closed all the dues of reliance before i left.

If they ask proof, i do not have. No body can keep bills of 4 years old.


After 4 years i receive a mail from their lawyer as below -

I have been using a mobile number for the past decade . four months back i received a call from reliance offering me a promotional unlimited 998 plan at a 50 % discount . the agent clearly stated its unlimited outgoing and incoming to any network, unlimited high speed 2g data and also unlimited national roaming. but 2 days back my outgoing is barred . after an hour of effort to get in contact with their customer care i found out that they...

I am using around 15 numbers of reliance and most them are zero plan.

Zero plan - is a plan in which we pay 10, 480 p.A and everything is free for us.

My mobile no [protected] have unlimited local call to any network plan active but on 20 Apr 2016 now I have been charge for calling my plan is not working I have complain to customer care they didn't resolve my issue its 2 nd time that my plan is deactived without any reason. They slow down my internet after every few days.
I try to call the CC but they never ever even give an answer, have done that for 3 occasions in past month, they told that their system was down every time.
