Dear Reliance Team,

I have complained for many times but same problem occurred every time.
It is showing DNS problem after turning off and on modem.
DSL light blinking and searching for ip address but modem does not receive ip address from reliance server.

When I contact to customer service then they note the complaint and the same day mark it as resolved but receive proper resolution from reliance....

I Got a SMS as "Recharge Rs.57 and Get Unlimitted 2G Data for 28 Days" . By the way i did that recharge and its got successfull message.
