Purchased a L G Fridge from Reliance Mart-Bannerghtta Road Banglore on 15th Feb 2012 & got the confirmation from the Store that the Delivery will be done on 16th feb before 6 pm, 16th feb i didnt received any single call from the Mart & the phone no which is mentioned in the bill was not working, due to some official commitments was not able to visit the Reliance mart for the remaining couple of days but instructed my family if delivery...

I Purchased LG fridge on 1st Jan 2012 and Reliance Mart people had given delivery date in written on 2nd Jan. Full fruad in reliance mart....in clothing and vegitables... they anounced that Califlower each one RS 5..but in billing they billed each one Rs 10 RS..and in Clothes They put in offer..Actual cost is Rs 299 but in offer they put Rs 199...but at the time of billing they billed Rs 299 only....
when i asked them someone manager came. n he was saying clothes in offer but v can not give at offer prise....they r sayign that...

(ealier,abt 2-3 weeks there was an overbilling of rs 36 on a food item and on asking the officials they rebuked it as a technical error in the scanning process and expected us to believe...

I am Shephali Gulati and we have purchased 3 T - shirts and one bermuda from lilliput (reliance mart faridabad) TIN NO. [protected] TERMINAL NO. 082B TIME: 1:46:03PM. The bill was made of 4 t shirts and 1bermuda at the billing counter we arised a query that one of the t - shirt we have not purchased and the cashier said he has not added it in a bill.

But when we came back home and checked the bill...

Today I brought 708g of french bean from Reliance Mart, Tirupati. The same item was billed twice . Is it possible with barcode scaning . I contacted them, they returned money and he told me that multiple scaning of same product having one barcode sticker will leads to this kind of billing. Is reliance is using right software or knowingly doing this kind of buisiness. How many people really check their bills for multiple billing of same items....

Today we, two families, went for shoppping in Reliance Mart, Faridabad and shop for around 20k grosery items, but at the time of billing, counter salemen refuse to put the purchase items in bag, (which is even chargable as well) told, customer needs to put in bag as well, which was around 200 items.

I had Purchased a Queen Size Storage Box Bed From Reliance Mart, Pune.
I had Purchased it in 7000/-.
First of all, very false comittment of Delivery.
After that, the Bed which i had sawn there, they had not supplied me the same material.
There is Defect in the Storage of the Bed.

I purchased a Samsung fridge and Whirlpool washing machine from the Reliance Mart , Sec -29 , Gurgaon on 14th of August and they said that a expert will visit your home to give the demo of fridge and washing on next day . Its going to be more than 3 days none of them visited to give the demo.

I was there at Reliance Mart, Sector 35, Faridabad for shopping on 7th Aug’11. We did some shopping from about 1610hrs to 1650 hrs from the mart.

We were waiting at the cash counter and we had just two customers ahead o[censored]s there. The member on the cash counter was really having several issues in billing and he took over 45 mins to resolve billing for two customers. That too with several issues in...

Today I have purchased FARRELL PURE OIL from Reliance MArt at Pokhran Road NO 1, Thane.The Bar Code sticker is a paper sticker which shows Mfg Date-01/2010. On removing the sticker, the actual product Mfg date was written as 03/09 with same Batch No-L0403.

I found lot of package of similar packed.
