Very unprofessional way to handle complaints and for most of the product which have free products are sold and when customer ask for Free product which they are supposed to get with buying actual product is always out of stock. They will ask you again to come back to collect the free product. This is very annoying and also they talk very rudely.

Beware of Reliance Mart.. Big Bazaar have far better service.

I purchased KENT RO Grand on 5th Nov 2012. The reliance mart representative says the technician will come on tuesday (next day) to fit the purifier. But he never came. I SEEMS THAT RELIANCE IS ALWAYS CHEATING TO THE CUSTOMERS.

Latest issue: I purchased a Mustered Oil on 29th Apr, whose price on the rack was Rs 105 and after billing it was billed for Rs 112 (which is a fraud).
