I had ordered a Tab S6 lite from Samsung shop official e-store. Phone issue- Heating and battery issue within a 15 days

Hi Team,

I would like to highlight issue which I am facing in my Samsung Galaxy Note 10lite.

As product purchased on 24th September 2020 and from last 15 to 10 days I am facing issue in my phone that is Heating/ battery issue and also some its hange but as I was very busy schedule so unable to visit service center.

Samsung Note 8 Mobile Repair

I bought a new Samsung note 8 mobile phone in January 2019. This phone got an issue of rebooting (display is working good). Taken the phone to service centre in Mangalore. They informed that the repair cost of this phone will be between 17000 to 19000 rupees! So I decided not to repair it as the repair cost is mpore than the new phone!

I talked to the Samsung customer care and requested for any other option to reduce the repair...

Damaged TV received

We have Ordered One No. 1m 08cm (43") TUE60 4K Smart Crystal UHD TV43TUE60 on 16th October 2020 . The TV was delivered on 21st October 2020 and the Packing was Opened for installation by Service Engineer from your Authorized Service Centre Tvs Electronics . Delay in delivery

My order number is [protected] through Samsung.com for Galaxy note 10 lite.Its delivery date is of 23rd october and I placed my order on 15th october.The status of my order is Approved from the very first day.Despite many complaints no action has been taken.My phone is not working so I ordered new & I am really facing many problems.Please help....

Conduct of after sales services and harassment done by samsung support system

I, chetan has submitted a phone( M31s) bearing model no SM-317FZBDINS
at authorised service centre (MAA VAISHNAVI ESERVICES PVT. LTD.) on 10.10.2020 for a repair estimate cost of which is Rs15570 (given by them only) .time for repair as told by them was maximum a week only. i have submitted Rs 8450 as advance for the repair to be initiated.
but today even after 14 days, they have only one answer " sir, your parts are on backorder...

This is to bring to your notice that Venture Power solutions, chengalpattu - 603001, TN, Technician visited our house on 20th Oct for repair and has not fixed up the AC properly and today the AC unit has fallen down from the ceiling and has got damaged completely and other items below it was also damaged.

We were fortunate enough that none was injured

Item refused but redelivered

Hi,

I am from Chennai.

I ordered a Samsung phone via samsung.com on Oct 15th.
The order number is [protected].

I soon changed my mind and tried to cancel the item over phone but the Customer Care said it is not possible. They asked me to refuse the item when delivery is attempted.

I did as they said on Oct 16th.
But on Oct 17th another person delivered the item when...

Samsung Note 9 Display under Warranty

I have your premium model Note 9 purchased last year in november 2019. On 13/10/2020 suddenly the screen turned greenish & there were lining & fliker on the screen. I immediately rushed to the service centre as my phone was under warranty & i submitted my phone for repair under contract no [protected]. Today i.e 22/10/2020 still there is no update as too when i will get my phone, the service centre people says that the part has been ordered...

Hi,

I placed an order for Samsung M01 2GB RAM phone. The order number is [protected] on Oct 15th. Later I changed my mind and contacted Helpline to cancel it.

The person said cancellation not possible and that I need to refuse the item.

The next day (Oct 16th) the item came home and I refused delivery, I got the message that cancellation is processed.
