Received damaged Television

I have ordered for an TV though your Samsung app, and the order no is [protected]. This order was delivered to me on 11th Sept, after 1 or 2 days I got a call for TV installation but I was not available at my place so I thought I will get it installed after some time . Galaxy S20+

Bought a new phone Galaxy S20+, put that on charger, without even inserting the sim, and it got heated up like hell. Doing the basic things is even heating the phone. Even while calling you can not touch the phone with you cheek and ear.
How can we expect such a pathetic response from such an expensive phone and brand SAMSUNG.
On the other hand, they are not even ready to replace it or refund. Such a bad service and response...

Service centre in Jayanagar, Bangalore

I have been using my Samsung m30s for a year now, with no issues.
Over the month of October I've have been receiving messages about a software update. Which I did not get a chance to update due to slow internet. Last week my phone turns off and is on a boot loop, showing the Samsung logo, welcome screen and re boots again.
I wait for the charge to drain out, charged it once more upto 60% and turned it On. It's still on boot...

Dear Sir/Madam, This is a complaint against Samsung India on my TV repair. I have raised a complaint on display issue on my 65 inches QLED TV. Samsung team came and inspected and told me that the panel has to replaced. As it is out warranty, they told us to pay for panel. I have agreed for the payment.
