I ordered a phone from shopclues, received on 21st Feb 2017. When I turned it on, it already had call logs, means it was already used phone. Since then I am contacting them, talked to several people even the Manager promised me call back but never did. I am waiting the phone to be taken bck and refund me the amount.
I have sent the images already. I went 150 kms to ahmedabad to service centre to show the phone, even they are not helping....

Received 1 item agst 7 items already logde complaint with shopclues along with photos of parcel recd. But till date no feedback from them i dont know who is at fault supplier or courier. I ordered micromax canvas nitro 3 E352 from shopclues on 17 feb. My shopclues order ID is[protected].
The phone now is not working properly, most of the application are not even opening and it is working very slow considering its RAM . i have tried rebooting it but its not helping as well.
