Hi.
My order nu[protected] received on 27.03.2017. Instead of zen admire glow received wrong product zen admire curve. From that day i am trying to call customer support but no response.
I want to return this product and i want moner back. Rs 2849.
May i knw the procesure for return and refund.

I am complaining you that I have paid amount for a Lionix FC fast charge 10400 mah power on last 17th March which still not received, only a massage was delivered of regret to delay but after that still there is not any information about product. I've ordered (order id[protected] micromax x970 but received micromax x595, lodged return request but yet no steps have been taken, moreover since 10 days are lapsed return request has been closed from their side and they are not picking the phone also. whenever you call to their customer care number minimum time isyiu need to wait for 15-20 mins and moreover is chargeable also

The first payment was failed as shown in the statement but amount of 1419 Rs were deducted from account but didn't refund till now. I have also consult with SC Bank. But as shown in the below snapshot, the payment was deducted at your end. Bank told me that when Shopclues will refund the money, they credit into my account. the reference id is CCAEC1FJY954.

Please refund the money back. It was horrible experience for me...

I have placed order (Order ID:[protected] on 12th march 2017 for iVooMi iV505 mobile and I have received faulty mobile on 23th march 2017. After receiving tried to switch on but it is not getting switch on. I thought there may be battery discharge but even it is not charging.
Made return request on 23th March 2017 (Return ID: 3878381) but they have rejected return request without any reason as this order is under 10 days return policy....

I ordered for a fitness Slim hot shappers belly belt. The packet when received was opened, the product was found to be damaged, torn & of very poor quality. I requested for a return & refund due to the product being of not a good quality.
I lodged a complaint, but i was asked to go to site 'http://sclu.es/3QpI1' to file a return request. But it is not working.

I am not satisfied with the product and returned with in 10 day policy. Team rejected. As a process, 1st submitting the complaint hear and next week going to submit complaint in consumer court.

I have returned the product under" Unsatisfactory" and team says for branded it is not applicable. It is not mentioned any where . Recent request no Support Ticket Opened [#1303271]

I returned two product to Shopclues and Shopclues provided me fake acknowledge receipt.

Now the shopclues denied to refund my money.

Also the shopclues has deactivated my account and hold my money in shopclues wallet.

Both receipts are attached, you can see same order number in two different receipts....
