I received an empty material..I have sent all d things what they ask but didn't take any action . calling several time to the customercare they only say that we will take action and no action is taking from them now I discussed to take action for shopcluse to file a consume case.. my order I'd registered no -[protected],

Mobile is Certified Pre-Owned Moto G 2nd Gen XT1068 Dual SIM 16GB - (6 Months Warranty Bazaar Warranty).

I received it on 10 Feb 2017, it was a highly defective phone.

The handset I received doesn't work. After start it Mick Problems and screw missing and charger hot working. Its under the warranty also. Return pick has done...

The product got delivered is wrong and the return has been rejected.NO reply from shopclues they dont receive call nothing. Yall should see regarding the same and take necessary actions.
They dont receive call even the reply is not given on mail.

Please kindly check on the same..and i hope it will be resolved asap.

Hello, I have ordered this Panasonic Mobile amounts rs 7749.00.
I recieved it yesterday that is 23/03/2017 and found out two features were not working properly, the camera was not even good and the battery was draining very fast. So i filed a return request yesterday itself. Now today shopclues is telling me they are refusing my refund request and I have to go to Manufacturere for Repair. This is unfair Trade Practice and i feel cheated...

But due to some reason i cancalled that order, , also
On 24-2-17 i received 5849 refund in my bank account, but after that till now i have not received the remaining amount[protected]
I contacted atleast 10 times but i was told to wait but about one month also i didn't got any proper response...

Are you making the product or just delivering it.
I am sorry to say this, but everyone thinks shop clues provides duplicate products. If that is the case and this is why its taking too much time. Or anything goes wrong with the product I will return it and provide bad reviews.

My order id is[protected] which i had place on March 10th for a shoe rack for rs. 3999 which has already been paid since they did not have cash on delivery option. That has not been delivered yet which was supposed to be delivered on March 14th. In spite of calling them so many times, every time they give a new date which never works.

I ordered a battery took so long for the delievery that it was no lomger required i refused the delievery and its 6 days i haven't got refund back. Also there costumer service helpline doesn't get transffered to any person. I made a return request too so that i can get refund but it went unanswered.there support email is also not found yet hope they can contact back...

I have got the defective product, I have used this phone and i found its overheating device, service center number is not contactable, there is not any service center in my area, where i will visit first, If you have service center detail in my area, so provide then i can take the job sheet for the same, i want to resolved my issue on urgent base. kindly look at this issue and resolved. Kindly provide the return acceptances.

The handset I received doesn't work. After start it hangs and restart every 2 minutes.

I requested return. But the request is rejected. This means shopclues doesn't take any responsibility to deliver working product. The handset I received is useless...

I have booked Auto hub car Duster thru order no.[protected] for 2 nos, but only one was delivered and the delivery boy has collected the amount for two, I am trying hard to reach thru toll free and other complain no, but nothing seems to work, I want to return it back, please arrange to take it back and refund my amount.

I kept on calling shop-clues team everyday from my busy schedule ... they never listen to what you said.. I think its the 7th product I have returned to them and I never receive money ever, they always return clue-bucks ( which I deny every time) so that we can continue to buy stuff from them, which is useless, broken or completely opposite to what they show in photographs.

This website should be banned as they are cheating...

Said company had supplied me a consignment of 12 W LED Bulb no's, 12 a combo pack under my order #[protected] which placed to Shopclues vide Invoice no. 940 for Rs.502/ .While opened said consignment, it has noticed that the light of Bulb is not satisfactory and least to retain said bulbs .Please arrange for collection of the combo pack at your earliest and refund me my paid sum....
