when i purchased the product on COD basis, delivery is within 3-4 days.
and when purchase is done with payment you are delivering product within 10-15 days.
you are money cheater people sitting there.
you use customer money for your own purpose.

I ordered samsung led tv 40inch on 25th june and received it on somewhere around july 23 (much late from the promised delivery date) and found that display of led was damaged. so i filed return request with shopclues and couriered back product to them on aug 4...in third attempt by our skyking courier partner they accepted the delivery of the productbefore that they were not accepting the courier also...on my continuous and repititive calls...

I bought T Shirt & my order id[protected]. I saw Red, yellow & Black color T shirt however I got Pink, Orange & Green color which i didn't wanted. No where is written on shop clues that color would be subject to availability moreover one of the T shirt is dirty. I never expected this kind of pathetic services from this portal. Faulty Product received, after share every document but there are not ready to provide the refund.After many followup with customer care executive will just answer we are exelate this case to high priority to out senior. this case is locked to them on 4th september 2016 but still no soluction provided from them as well as there is no update provided from them . This is regarding order no. 98405908. I received only one set whereas the amount has been paid for two sets. The order was shipped via aramex#[protected]. This is very embarrassing and it is an expliotation from the customers. I need my money to be refunded or one more set should be shipped again.
