I received the product in pathetic condition and damaged condition, i had received the product on 24th september 2016 and i filled a return request on the very same within one hour of receipt of the product.in the return request i had not mentioned the word damaged but had used all possible vocabulary (Pathetic, cheap etc). After few days they cancelled without any intimation and said to refund.. I recently purchased a sony bravia tv with 92% offer shown (Given) in shopclues online site.. As they said there is no cod on this product.. So i chose my credit card to purchase the product.. So i completed all the formalities to purchase the product and placed the order on 29th september.. Then i received mails that i got placed and order has been confirmed and will be delivered on 7th to 11th of oct 2016 after 2days i called shopclues...

The delivery guy denied delivering the product to my place. He was asking me to come at the main gate which is like 1KM from my place. If you can't deliver the product to that place you should have not accepted the order. Kindly look into it and get it deliver to the delivery address. Can't you guys work for costumer satisfaction as I have faced issue in my previous order as well.
