Since may 2008 our tv has some minor probelm. we are contacting your authorised repair agent in chandigarh (SM SERVICE sector 40 chandigarh. they are not able to diognosis the defect but arbitrarily changed many components ( as they claim) They have charged Rs 2100 in three installments till date. they do not issue any receipt. To, The Service Manager, Videocon Washing Machine; We have purchased a Videocon semi auto washing machine from M/s Prathamesh electronics, Thane-( Mumbai) on 19/05/2007.
model no : 6800 dlx. Within a month the machine started giving problems. Every time technician comes and tries to repair the same. But so far the problem is not solved. Till date we have lodged more than15 complaints. We request to replace the machine at the earliest....
