Anticipating good service in future i opted Vijay Sales among many reputed local Vendors to purchase Ac, but to my surprise i experienced Worst and Horrible service that too without using product.

I purchased PANASONIC AC (CS-UC12QKY-2) on 03 May, 2014. Today is 08 May. 2014 and still AC is not installed....

Samsung 3 star ac costing rs 34000 purchased on 22 march 2014 from vijay sales prabhadevi branch. The installation was done wrongly by soorah services authorised agents of samsung. They burnt our wall as well as the indoor unit. This was replaced, however, 2 days later there was no cooling so once again the outdoor unit was checked however problem not solved.
