When i went to vodafone store to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid, i was told to clear my dues.

The monthly bill was inr 687 but they made me pay inr 860 saying that extra amount would be credited as your prepaid balance.

But when my prepaid connection was activated, i did not get any balance transfer. This is a clear case of cheating.

Today i got a sms like this. What does it mean?? Is there any serious problem? At present it functions well. If i donot replace my sim whether my sim will get deactivate? Or is this a ignorable message? What should i do? Please resolve this as early as possible...

Vodafone refuses to change ownership of my prepaid number unless i convert to postpaid. As per govt directives phone number needs to be linked to aadhar.

I have already paid my monthly due and due to some issues in the system i used to get call everyday from the customer care people saying pay your outstanding amount of 3000. I got tired of this and thinking to port to a different network. As soon as i requested for porting they deactivated my outgoing and data packs. Earlier i complaint about last bill delivered by vodafone for no. There is problem in sim network as the sim is ported from tata docomo to vodafone. There is no network available in sim. If some how network comes it automatically goes. And it shows emergency call only. My no. Was ported on 18 oct 2017. And from then onwards no network is availble. Sim replacement have been done by vodafone care. But no network available.
