Went to vodafone store to activate my existing perpaid number on new sim as my phone was stolen but store executive said we don't have the prepaid sim in stock!! Are you kidding me? Vodafone don't you have any system in place.
As i need the number urgently asked her to issue the postpaid sim but no action till 3rd day evening, again visited the vodafone store now they have the prepaid sims available so asked to activate the prepaid...

I have problem with my prepaid connection i opt 4g sim and have 4g phone and 4g recharge too but from last 2days my phone is working on 2g mode..
I did everything like reinstall settings restart phone select network manually but it dint work. Then i discussed with your customer executives they said your are in roaming you have zero balance blah blah.

Already i using aircel network. Your employee (Vasuki-team leader) call me. She is ask 199 plan (Unlimited calls free + 1 gb data) but now this fake plan. Today i got my postpaid bill and they have charged 150 rs extra for some top doctors online services which i have never subscribed.
Now they are saying you have applied for it online so we didn't send any confirmation message and you have to pay for it.

I am not going to pay for such services..

Hi, i am utpal and my no. Is [protected]. I very well know that while taking this no. I submitted my documents in one of the vodafone gallery in kanpur

After few days, i got the msg from vodafone stating that you need to re-submit the documents for verification purpose.

Then i visited vodafone ministore near gurudev kanpur but they denied to accept the address proof document.

Now i am out of station...

Extremly pathetic network. i want to disconnect my vodafone cards.

I recharged for 349 a week before. The offer clearly states that it provides unlimited call and 1 gb/day. This is mentioned in their website for online recharge.

But they started deducting from my main balance making it zero. When called to customer care they say that 1 gb is for 28 days. But before complaining when i enquired the plan to the same person they told it is 1gb/ day.

Vodafone has charged me rs.1260/- for call on 51717 which i didn't do actually. The duration of the call was 94.10 minutes which is impossible in real. Now, when i have mailed them to waive the charge then they replied that the charge is genuine and i have to pay it. But when i have googled the no. 51717 then i see that many people have lodged the same complain on the same no. With the same amount also. So it is a big fraud from vodafone....

I had activated a plan for rs.666 a couple of months ago. Even last months i was charged a billing amount of rs.1016, and this month's bill has come up to rs. 988.in the itemised bill it shows monthly charges more than rs.850. Last month i paid the bill thinking that there would have been overlap. But not this t i have no idea what i am charged for. I do make calls... Have hardly sent a couple of messages and have not exceeded my data usage....

Extremely irresponsible guys mr. Naveen mobile no. Is [protected] and mr abhishek no is [protected] these guys are fraud in delhi @ vodafone mnp department they collect document and after that they will not recieved ur phone not done any kind of work i m suffring last one and half month so pls take action against both of guys both guys are not picking up my phone i m suffring to port my number in postpaid vodafone.

You have not redress my concern.in your mail you have mentioned unbilled amount of rs.3250/. This is wrong, seeing your this charg pattern i am not using your phone talking to india from other phone only in emergency using vodafone service so international pack has no benefit to me, i strongly protest it.
