Amount deducted still bill is due

Sir/Madam,

I paid my electricity bill through Google pay using the QR code provided by the electricity bill, and the transaction was successful yet I didn't receive any confirmation, now after 2 and a half months I got a late fee notice saying that I didn't pay the bill, I checked the online portal the bill payment history isn't there .

I should not be liable to pay the late fee at all, please help me to resolve...

Demand for brief for new connection

I applyed for new electric connection for my home on noa para barasat electric office i submit all document after that they came for inspection and demand for brief for rupees 5000 after that i complain to the station manager then theye said we will issue a quatataion then i pay for the quation and after that they said we will reject your connection beacause you dont gave us brief...

Regional helpline is always unreachable

Madpur electric office's official helpline no is not reachable for a month now..

what kind of service WBSEDCL offering I just don't understand......

I have payed through Google Pay QR code scanner money has been deducted from the bank, yet there is no bill available on the official website as the officials at the WBSEDCL office says that no payment has been done. I have paid the same of the 24th September 2021 and still today no refund has been done. Kindly refund the money as soon as possible.

Electricity Bill Payment Failure

I have paid bill amount Rs:3482 scanning the QR code against the consumer ID:[protected]. The UPI reference number is[protected].

The amount is debited from my bank account but WBSEDCL is showing the status as payment failure.

Payment not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have paid my electricity bill through Bharat QR code [UPI]. UPI reference ID is[protected]. However, I can see on WBSEDCL portal show they did not receive any payment.

How can I get refund or resolve this.

Refunding my money

I have made a payment of Rs :- 1941.00 via Google pay using scan by QR code
( Electricity bill ) to WBSEDCL
( billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank ) for the month of [ AUG'2021 to OCT'2021 ]against the customer ID :[protected] on 6 .09.2021, but WBSEDCL has not yet received the payment although the amount debited from my account. Account No :- [protected] [State Bank of India] debited with Rs :- 1941.00 on 6th September 2021.

Payment problem

I have paid electricity bill through Paytm, scanning the QR code displayed on the electricity bill but the bill is still showing unpaid and no amount has been returned to my debited account yet.

Payment using QR code not reflected now warning for termination of services

Sir,
Payment for electrical bill Rs 3362 was done via Paytm using the QR code on the bill on 11th June 2021.For consumer id :[protected]
Payment receipt couldn't be downloaded from the Wbsebdcl site.
And not reflected in my account .Also the company is now warning for termination of the connection.
We have already paid the amount .kindly look into please.
