[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — Goods not delivered even after 20 days of payment made | |||
Dear sirs, On 18 apr.2014 i ordered 5 koutons shirts for rs.1190 and entered a contest in which i paid rs 9999. I was supposed to get one acer inconia tablet and a wrist watch toshiba and rs 9999 was to be paid as cash back in terms of credits. I was promised by the order taker mr ashok singh that all the three items will be despatched the very next day. I. E. 19.04-14 Rs 9999.00 has been shown as credits against my account held with 100bestbuy.com. But they have not sent any item so far. On sending them e mail they replied as under. 100bestbuy service May 3 (4 days ago) Reply To me Dear customer, We regret for the inconvenience you shared with us, This is to inform you that, We have already dispatched your order by the reference no.30009353 from our end on 19th april, through bluedart, due to some courier issue it did not received at your end. So we kindly request you to provide the details mentioned below so that we can resend your order from our end Registered mob no Alternate no: Registered email id: Address: Area: City : State: Pincode: Courier service availability [bluedart/first flight/india on time/indiapost/aramex] If you have any queries feel free to contact us on the number[protected] Thank you for utilizing our services Have a great day!! Regards Customer care team This blue dart story too is fraudulent, since on going to blue dart site and giving this reference no.30009353. It says no is wrong/non existent. I spoke to their exeutive on 29 apr.2014 and he said the items will be despatched on 02/05/2014. But nothing arrived as of date. I spoke to their executive on telephone no.[protected] today -07 may 2014. And she said the items are not in stock and wll be despatched by 18 may.2014. It is a clear case of fraud and cheating.
