The new bike is an offering from Honda complementing its existing model 'Shine' in the same category (125cc)... Scooters India Pvt Ltd(HMSI ). During the course my job I have seen many malpractices carried on by MRM Honda which literally I would say Unfair trade practice and loot. No single customers been spared who purchased two wheelers . Gala No 8 & 24, Jaihind Oil Mill Compound, Lbs Marg, Bhandup West, Mumbai - 400078, Opposite Mangatram Petrol Pump. whenever we are calling on this number ([protected] Vishnu Jadhav) ... I asked them to put a mail to HMSI authorities for claim extended warranty. They took almost 4 days to give reply and said that you have not done regular services and simply they are escaping. I also red in news paper that HMSI is extended warranty and free service facility those who have to be done by April 2021 for 2 months I... Abhishek jain area incharge HMSI closes my complaint four times and said what ever you do you can do. He said i cant solve your problem and my bike still in agency from last two days and being torcher by their staff.

Previous complaint numbers[protected] complaint handled by mr. Ganesh [protected] from hmsi rajaji nagar previous complaint also made in regards to excessive vibration and weak front shock absorbers. Promised by ananda honda executives to replace clutch assembly and front shock absorbers under warranty, but after multiple checkups, still not done... your RAJASTHAN STATE's HMSI office and spoke to Regional service manager Devendra ji (name not sure but mobile no. is sure)

I am facing following problems from the first day of purchasing bike
The problem in the bike are :
A. Front fork / shock absorber sound when front wheel comes in contact with road humps or pot hole. (Partially rectified after changing fork oil)... Hello team hmsi,
Pls. Keep up the good work. However have a complaint, i find it extremely difficult to procure spare parts for older model of honda unicorn (Cbf150/2005 march-spoke wheels) in b'lore kogilu cross & arnd yelahanka & may this be the case other places too - hmsi needs to check & ensure supply-chain...
