I have read the byelaws of the society & have know that they cannot extent the height nor their length of their shops. I do not find any one from BMC coming in the interiors for a checking this. So they are taking undue advantage... They are going to change the byelaws for eliminating the conditions irritant to them. They are going to reduce the number of EC members. They are going to say 1. 25 rupee is just sufficient to maintain.
How they are going to do it:
They will push some people like Prasad Reddy, Prakash ramiah , Amit Mehta to the front in the name of committees or otherwise... My question is whether the byelaws permit charging of interest or penalty on the interest amount outstanding of earlier months...
I requested for a copy of the byelaws which the Society has still not given to me.
I turned to the internet for information on the bye laws of Maharashtra Cooperative housing Societies Act.
I realized that I have made a mistake.
I should have waited for the written NOC from society and then proceeded to give my flat on rent... Even as per NSDL’s byelaws & Indiainfoline Securities, a DP is allowed to effect any debit or credit to an account only on the basis of valid instruction from the client WHICH IS NOT BEEN PRACTICED BY INDIAINFOLINE SECURITIES PVT LTD.

As per NSDL Bye-Law’s, a DP should maintain & preserve the records of all the delivery/receipt instructions given by the clients WHICH IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH INDIAINFOLINE SECURITIES PVT LTD RAIPUR BRANCH... The directions / byelaws are last but not the least expected to be non-dictatorial and non-anarchy type . The managing committee seems to continue with the posts / designations undisputedly for decade together till date . The 3rd floor members is said to GOVERN the society, as they claim to be “oldest resident” in the bldg...
