per the promise, the vian infrastructure lmt has failed to develop the land . It has closed down its all the offices and opened a new one at jhandewalan. You ll not find a single responsible officer there and if you ask for the refund[with interest as per their own clause], it ll be evident that in no way you can get your money back... Sharma

This Company has launched a project in haridwar in the month of July 2006 and has taken an initial booking amount at the time of booking, We have booked 5 No of Plots in that project, they were suppose to be launching this project in Oct 2006 but they have not done that and they have committed that launching will be done in January 2007 and you please deposit the second installment, we have done that and deposited the second installment as they have advised... When I booked a plot in Vian Infrastructure's Royal Estate in so called Noida I did not know anything about this company only that I was already attracted by its glossy advertisements.
