I have been following up from last one month for the refund of the same and i did not receive any proper response.

However on 22 sep 2019 i sold the car to a dealership as part of old car exchange as i was to buy a new car.
I accordingly reached customer care websales team on 22 sep itself however they did nothing... mail to websales of bajaj allianz which was a complete waste of time as there wasnt any revert.
I have shared all the details needed about my transaction but still there isnt any action till date. It is me who is calling them again and again and they are repeating same stories... reference number from bajaj allianz. The old policy has now expired on 26th sept. I called the customer care multiple times, and emailed them the situation in detail with all the proofs of payment. I am yet to recieve a response from them after 4 days. The complaint number was generated after 3 days of multiple calls... | |
