CONTACT NUMBER [protected]... plot for rudrapur in vian infrastructure ltd. by their prelaunching scheme in february 07. I have paid them Rs. 44040/= as first installment. When I came to know through my sources, that there is no such scheme, I asked them for refunding. I was able to submit my cancellation form after so many request to them in march 2008... facing problems with Vian infrastructure Ltd.

hundred times that vian infrastructure is 'chor company' without any doubts. I had booked a plot in jaipur and have paid almost 75% money to these vian jokers( sharma and thapar)
From last two years my refund request is pending, IN MAY 09 they had agreed to pay through EMIs but gave away the bounce cheques... i dont what do you want to do with you money, but this is for sure that within no time you are going to part with it, , ... allegations made against VIAN Infrastructure are true. I have also invested in there project in Mumbai in 2006 bt till date they have not started any construction and have even not refunded the money.

Inspite of my repeated visit to their office & site visit I am unable to get back my money back.
There is no doubt that company is fraud & capable of bullying the people on one pretex or other. There should be exemplary punishment for such companies... I have lost all my money and faith in real estate. This company has cheated me badly and i ended up loosing my hard earned money. I am left with no option just to guide you all not to invest in any companies like these... fraud case against this Vian infrastructure for their Neemrana project? It would be better, if we could file this fraud case together. Please let me know asap.

I had also invested in the Vian Infrastructure Ltd, Haridwar project in 2006. There had been absolutely no progress in the project till date. I had requested the company many times to refund my amount but they have not responded. I had written to the EOW also in September 2009 but have not received any response from them... NR-4109) issued by VIAN INFRASTRUCTURE Ltd. for the plot measuring 120 mtrs company asked me to pay the balance money in two installments but i have come to know from some reliable sourses that this is a fraud and where as i feel there is no work going on there at the site therfore i have not deposited any installments demanded by the company... I had also invested in the Vian Infrastructure Ltd, Haridwar project in nov 2006. There had been absolutely no progress in the project till date. I want to refund my money. I had written to the EOW also in September 2009 but have not received any response from them. I agree that we all should get together and create pressure to get back our invested money... booked the plot at VIAN INFRASTRUCTURE LTD, Neemrana and assured me that plot will be alotted on time. We have already deposited 150, 000/- for the said plot. Vian office staff is not responding. I had invested alll teh money what i had earn. Now pl. contact me to become unite with each other so that we can do collectively against the company for there fraud... I am duped by Vian infrastructure to the tune of 2l app. 3 years ago. i had booked plot in their haridwar project. Now what is the project progress only god knows.
I want my money back.
