I have lodge complaint with Homeshop 18 about this but there is no resolution from them. It is almost 1 and half months now. They just do time pass whenever i call to their call center by asking me to wait for 3 days...

so i concluded that homeshop 18 is the largest retailer of scrap and rejected products of world class companies like reebok etc so its my sincere advice to all that dont get carried away by the advertisment they show in their channel. they give discounts only on rejected and worthless products...

Bought DVD and MP3 combo from Homeshop 18. Mp3 was defective. I asked for replacement of mp3. after a lot of requests, they replaced it. but this too was not functioning. it was not at all being recognised by PC or DVD. I asked for refund or replacement. They made false assurances that they are arranging pick up for repacement but it never happened...
