I have paid the amount for crash course neet 2021 on last Thursday.
But Inspite of repeated calls to your institute they have not still started online classes for my son.

My daughter Tejaswini enrolled in Byjus Akash for maths physics chemistry.PSID-[protected]
She is studying in 11th. Mr Pranav Prashanth phone no.[protected] mail id pranav.[protected]@aesl.in kept on convincing us to join for the above JEE courses and we also submitted all the things and done initial payment of Rs 48501 saying that classes for new batch will start from 5/7/2021 and said teachers from Medavakkam Akash will call you. Then he said new batch will start on 22.7.21. Nobody called us. He is also not responding. We were fully worried about our money.

After repeatedly calling Akash Medavakkam we came to know that Mr. Pranav has himself enrolled my daughter in Anna Nagar branch.
They said that only if payment from Akash Anna Nagar is received they will conduct classes at Medavakkam branch Akash.

The Anna Nagar Branch manager Ms. Abirami is very irresponsible and not sorting out the issues in time.From the branch they are saying online admission candidates through Byju's are not given importance. Only direct admissions are taken care.

All these confusions are solely due to Mr. Pranav who was interested only in convincing candidates to join Akash and after payment he is not responding properly.

Already nearly a month gets over for which also we have paid the fees. If there is no proper response from your side, I request you to kindly refund our money.

Kindly have strict regulations over the admission officers and please regulate all the branches. They are not integratedly functioning rather they are isolated as Byjus separately and Akash branches separately. Even branches are isolated.

Please instruct Ms Abirami Branch manager Akash Anna Nagar Branch (ph. [protected] mail id: [protected]@aesl.in) to provide login access to the candidate immediately.

I came to know that only the branch manager is delaying. They are not considering Byju's admission it seems so

Very very poor service from Anna Nagar branch.

Today IInd day classes are going on and the branch manager is reluctant to issue Microsoft teams id yet
But payment and all they are not compromising. Why should we compromise our class??
Are you compromising the refund amount. ??? or payment amount for two classes. no know. Not at all good

I have paid fees for DLP notes for my daughter. The counceller has called million times till we paid fees. No response from her once we paid fees. Her name is Rekha Rana. Now we got partial notes and I am following for remaining but noone is responding. They are just interested in money nothing else. Are they going to pay for time lost by student for not having notes on time. very bad experience.

Aakash Institute name is big but response is very poor once you pay fees. I am experiencing the same as I have paid fees for notes and they are not responding now. I was getting call almost each day till payment was done. Now they are not responding and have got only partial notes. Very disappointed on this.

I took" I TUTOR" subscription for NEET aspirant of 2021 where they had to provide me 5 SD card and printed material of class 11th and class12th in the year 2019.
My ID is [protected]. I paid full payment . But i got only class 11th material, till date I did not get the material of class12th.

Dear sir, I paid Rs 8000/ as a registration fee on 27 Jun 21 for admission of my daughter in class X in Anna Nagar Chennai branch. After making this payment, no reply I got from Aakash for next 14 days. After 14 days they sent me a reply that they could not start the new batch. Hence, I request them to cancel my registration and refund the amount paid for the same. I sent email also to them. They replied that as per their terms and conditions they won't refund my money.
Sir, how any one would take the money without any services.
Please help me to get the money back. Thanks

Aakash, though the name has became a brand, but the kind of services they provide is not upto the mark.
I had enrolled my ward to Dwarka Sect 11 branch in the month April. Within 15 days Or just after 3-4 classes we realised that our decision to join this so called premium institute was not correct. The same was communicated to the staff accordingly. However, their branch academic head called and requested if we can allow him one or two more weeks, he will personaly observe the situation and will get back to me. But even after two weeks there was no improvement, nor that representative came back with any update or feedback.

Now, after chasing them for more than 3 weeks, they are saying that they can't refund as we have already availed services for more than a month. This is completely ridiculous.

It's just like any other school, no body cares where child is lacking or need personal attention. Nobody cares whether students are taking note Or not.

If you care for your hard earned money and time, please don't join these guys. They are good for nothing.

Most humbly and respectfully sir I would like to inform you about the problem that has been faced by me my two year medical integrated course has been completed last year in year 2020 but it's July, 2021 still now my security deposit money which I had submitted to the institute at the time of admission hasn't been refunded yet, kindly draw your attention towards this topic because I want the problem to resolve asap

Since two months we are following up for refund of Security deposit, Rs.5000 every time accountant tells different stories, today he told refund department is shortage of staff, seems two people died from COVID, hence there is delay in refund. Very poor professionalism, irresponsible staff.

I had got my daughter admitted in Aakash for her 9th & 10th std classes. They had charged me 80% of fees in advance on the pretext that they have an excellent course structure. Last year when she was in 9th std I tried to point out number of times that their quality of education was not upto the mark with online classes as the teachers were least bothered about solving queries of students. However this year when her 10 std started I found out in the very first month that they have a weak teaching faculty and their online mode is hopeless. I have applied for a refund but they refuse to give back the paid fees. All schools have reduced their fees but they have not . I feel they are cheats and should be dealth with strict norms by the authorities for force fully making conditions in their agrement which is not in the favour of parents. They are cheats.

I took admission for two year medical integrated course, 2020. I paid the fee for the whole first year and the first installment for the second year too was to be paid in the month of November, My father went with the cheque of bank of Baroda, but the person in the office denied to accept it and said they don’t accept the cheque of this bank, instead a different one should be given. The previous installments were paid from sbi. My teams account got removed. My father is a frontline COVID warrior so he couldn’t go to the center daily with all the different Cheques they wanted. But still he went.My classes were missed for more than a month and when my father contacted them to resume the classes they denied the fact that they had disabled my account. They enabled it for 3 days nd again the same thing. They did nothing except lying and then in the month of January they called us constantly to pay the next year fee. My mother talked with the counsellor and he was someone new in the center thereby I don’t know the name and neither did he mention. He talked in a not at all appreciable manner and forced us to pay the fee. When we refused to do so and asked him about transfer to DLP he misbehaved. Then I didn’t get any lead for the transfer and unwillingly just because I didn’t want to face any more loss, I paid for a new CSP program. Even after paying for a full year I got the classes of only 7 months, paid for CSP too now and they are not even refunding my security deposit of 5000. The center people are not at all polite when it comes to any other thing accept paying them large amount of fee.

We went to take admission in Aakash in March and councellor ms Vimala of Aakash kothapet, Hyderabad told that in future the fees will increase so pay registration fees of 11999 and my father paid but still they didn't start online classes for us and told us to pay 27000 my father is a driver and can't afford that much fees at a time and due to pandemic situation we left everything and left to village and requested Aakash counseller ms vimala to refund the registration fees . We didnt attend any classes of aakash and neither took or they gave any classes or material and she is saying that registration fees is not refundable that time in March she didn't say anything about the refund and now she is saying that it is not refundable pls aakash return my father's hardwork money it will be not good if you will not return it is my sincere request pls return our money

I took the online subscription for Live two year online course for Rs80000 and I was not satisfied with the teaching. So now, I've been reporting for the refund for more than two weeks but I'm not getting any response regarding it and my refund is not being initiated. Therefore, I'm again requesting for my refund.

I have applied for a refund of money which i have paid against a course at aakash institute fraser road, patna(bihar) due to the continuous extension of commencement of my alloted batch.The application for withrawal of admission from the batch was given within a week finalky when the batch was started even in online mode instead of offline.I have submitted all the required documents and the staffs there have told me that refund will be credited...

My name is R.P.Harish PSID NO.[protected]. Yesterday I attended class. We are sorry to inform that our expectation on Akash was good but the reality was poor. The merit of the class is not satisfied. Facility's teaching too fast. I can't cope up with their teaching. If I ask any doubt to faculty then also the explanation is too fast. It is not understabdable. The half point is written on the board and another of is dictated what to write and what to learn. I can't understand. In the above reasons, we are planning to discontinue on Aakash. Immediately refund my amount Rd.12, 000/- at the earliest.
