Sir in what basic ss01 integrated batch has created and what is reason behind it

On 22 November I registered at aakash anthe 2021 I filled my form after filling the form I procceded to payment window then I paid the anthe fees by UPI after that the aakash website automatically reloaded and I was returned to the registration window I got the message that the payment has been deducted from our account and I also got the email of successful payment by aakash but I don't got any role no and when I go on registration window it shows to make the payment so please solve this problem immediately and give me my user id or roll number

Requested Sir, I am Simanchal Parida(Retd.Army Officer) father of Sachdewa Parida ( PSID-[protected]), hereby inform you that on 12/NOV/2021 in Aakash Institute Chandigarh Sector 32-A at Aakash tower, 8 Pusa road. During a counselling from Admission counsellor for medical(stream) admission. She convince as for admission by giving information of a batch which is started on 15/Nov/2021 and provide us with fee structure but during this all discussions she unable to inform us about the refund procedure. At the time she even not use a single word of 'REFUNDING' fee and even we raise a question of DEMO CLASSES for a single day she compel us to pay minimum amount of Rs10, 000 to attend a class. Due to sudden, panic discussion we took a decide to pay the fee. But a day after due to certain reason my ward decide to don't take admission. After when we inform the Aakash Institute Chandigarh about this they respond us soo badly that they deny us for refund even when a student is neither attend any classes nor took any facility from the institute.
So at the end, I kindly grant you that it's my money of honesty, hardwork and gratitude service of 30 years in Indian Army. So with due respect please provide me with my money of Rs10, 000. It will really help me for further future.

Dear Respected Sir,

My Sone Allen Jeo has taken admission in Akash Institute for NEET Caching
in May 2021 for the year of[protected] His Coaching Admission
No.[protected] dt. 25/05/2021 and paid the total amount of Rs. 55000/-
towards admission fees, Deposit amount, and tuition fees.

The class started on June 1st week.

After taking starting the classes on June 10/06/2021 he tested COVID
Positive and again on August 12/08/2021 he tested Dengue positive (Report
attached for your reference). Due to the unstable health condition of Allen
Jeo, therefore unable to continue the course.

Allen Jeo only attended 30 days of class. The complete study material is
also not provided by Akash Institute as the course is for 2 Years.

Since from August 1st week we requested to Bangalore branch (Mr. Sant Ram)
cancel the admission and refund the money back and they informed us they
will do the needful at the earliest. After the regular follow-up of one
month, they told us to send a return mail to the Branch Manager to process
further.

Even after various follow-ups and repeated mail, there was no response from
the Akash Institute (A copy of the mail communication is attached for your
reference.)

Keeping in view the above fact, now our humble request to your intervention
to help us to get the admission cancelled and refund our money.

The student has paid all installments yet they are not providing him with links for the class. The official staff when talked to have shown disgraceful and offensive behaviour towards the parents. The student has changed from medical to Engineering batch. Such incooperation from the staff has never been experienced in any other institute. Trapping parents and looting their money was not expected of such a reputed institute.

Iam Mohd Kaif I have submitted registration fee of 10, 000 to Aakash Institute Aligarh to prepare for Competitive exam but due to some financial problem IAM unable to pay the rest amount of course and want to cancel the admission from institute

Aakash is doing holiday on each Wednesday of week. That is resulting as rush in Syllabus. Making tough to clear concepts. Not satiesfied with math faculty.

I am Vishnu Saini class 11 preparing for NEET. Batch : 2M05.
I and many students are unable to understand botany from our faculty Mr. Ravi Kumar Sharma. If we will not understand a subject properly then we will suffer in Exams, term tests and also in NEET. So it is a humble request to you yo change the faculty as soon as possible. I will be thankful if you fix this problem.

Very bad experience with aakash institute and byjus.
This is a unprofessional company and unprofessional untrained teaching staff all over india.

I am student of PS04 batch, Aakash Institute Janakpuri, New Delhi.
Our physics faculty mr is unable to teach us, everything goes over head.
Please Change him with better teacher

Sometimes we require information related classes any other issue but mentor of LMB2 never responded it

Student PSID [protected] has taken admission in NEET Coaching classes offered by AKASH INSTITUTE HYDERABAD BRANCH Total Advance fee paid Rs.1, 00, 019, since i am not satisfied by the coaching, i have opted for cancellation of admission and refund of my fee, but i am shock to see your unjust refund policy, i have attended only 20 classes and you are deducting Rs.72, 000 out of complete fee i have paid, this amount to cheating and from this forum i am demanding for a complete refund and i will be planning to take a legal action against your Institute so that other student wont suffer in future,

Sir I beg to say that my sister is studying in your aakash institution whose branch is in Satna (Mp). My sister's addmission happen in 27/08/21 with the given amount of 12000 as a registration fee and the rest amount will be paid by a PSD CHECK It will be use in next month for money withdraw,
The Mano said that the classes will start online from 01/09/21 classes start for 4 days but after that classes only held in 2 days (Saturday, Sundey) but now there's no classes nor for even 2 days
When I asked about it they u have to pay the rest amount 17500 after that the classes will start but the maneger said this amount will be taken after 30 working days but no classes held so how can I give them money
The Maneger (Sachin Tiwari) gave me temporary I'd and password so that class will start but on that id also no classes held

You have cheated me for a sum Rs 100600 on the promise of providing physical coaching classes. Not a single day class was provided. But when I applied for refund you did your best to grab the money by wronly applying your unjust and arbitrary policy terms. You acted illegally and dishonesty and induced me to advance money on the false promise of providing physical classes despite the fact known to you at the time of admission that physical classes were impossible to perform by you and you had been directed by Govt not to grant admission for physcal coaching.No refund of money despite the repeated communication. only option left is to proceed against you in court of law. Institute is also involving in unfair trade practices and unjust contracts deliberately to grab the student's money illegally.You are strictly warned to refrain from such activities and make the loss good .

I have changed my phone number and I am unable to change my account phone number of ajio app it's suppose send otp to email but it's not happening due to which I am unable to transfer my ajio wallet money . I have mailed to ajio customer care several times. The customer care number is not available most of the times

Accordingly, today I with my son came to your city centre branch at
10:50AM to enquiry regarding ANTHE 2021 and enrolment of class XI-
XII. There were few more query in my mind regarding online/offline
classes.
As I with my son reached to your institute, the security staff has
stopped me and my son at the door. However some other visitors were
allowed to enter into the institute. The security staff told me to
purpose for visit. I have narrated him my purpose. But he continuously
repeats and forces me to narrate details about the visiting purpose
and tried to convince me that he will solve my query. I said the
security staff again and again that I have few query and it is
necessary to discuss with the office staff but the security staff not
ready to allow me. He said student may go before the office staff. I
was surprised how a student will discuss regarding enrolment and fee
structure and related matter while his parents are present with him.
When I told him I have to contact with senior officer. After that he
told us very rudely to go outside the door and wait and not allowed to
go inside.
I cannot understand that why Aakash kept such type of irresponsible
security staff who does not know how to interact with visitors. If
there were so much crowd inside before the office staff he should
politely told me or request me to visit another day and wait some
time.
I can understand the Covid-Situation and how to behave in public
places in this time.
I am surprised to see the present scenario of Aakash City Centre
Durgapur while I am connected with this branch for almost two years
as My son already enrolled with this institute.
I hope management of Institute will take appropriate action in this regard.

We as parents decided to put our child in Aakash for coaching after we were unable to get any proper private
coaching due to the pandemic situation. After speaking to the staff we
thought that the institute would provide the best coaching needed for our child. We decided to put in Aakash one year
hybrid course (which was the only program offered to us by the staff )
thinking that he would get proper coaching for his board & entrance exams.

They contacted the center at Trivandrum during the month of June & they
discussed the formalities via Whatsapp chats and telephonic conversations.
All the formalities were instructed through the same. We spoke with the
Faculty through a WhatsApp conference call where he assured us that he
would be available 24/7 to attend to any kind of issues we face. The fee
was agreed for Rs 68, 010 & all the post-dated cheques were collected in 5
installments. Before paying, they called us several times & assured us
that they will take care of everything.

But to our surprise, after the payment was done, They put my son in a batch which had already began in April and they completely
forgot about us. They even sent the PSID of the child only after constant
reminders.
Even though we had opted for weekend classes, he was enrolled in the
weekday classes. Nobody even took the effort to call us to give any kind of
instructions as to how to join the class or how to watch the recorded
videos or that there were practice tests available for the child. Nothing
at all. It was like, 'we have collected the money and now it’s your job to
figure out everything on your own'. Even after constant calls and
reminders, we were unable to get proper information about the classes. They
would not answer our calls or would give us someone else’s phone number to
call. Just to change to the weekend class, my wife had to call several
times. None of them responded properly & we saw our monthly payment getting
debited since we had given PDC.

During the months of July & August, no proper coaching was given to him and
his name was not even removed from the weekday classes and added to the
weekend class. No guidance was given as to how to attend the tests or
nobody to even ask why he did not attend the tests. No faculty ever called
for a PTA or absolutely nothing . It was as if somebody had tied our eyes
and left us into a dense jungle.

When I saw that our money, Rs.40, 000, had already been deducted by then,
without any result, I decided to send my wife to their office.We decided
that he should be changed to digital classes instead of hybrid classes.
We informed the office to change it to digital classes. At first, they
readily agreed to that and said that I should just send a mail citing the
reason and it would be changed without giving any further details.
After sending the mail to my surprise, my son was removed from the live
classes immediately. As per my knowledge, Aakash digital was supposed to
have live classes also. So once again my wife visited their office where she
was told that my son has been enrolled for the dlp program (even though we
had clearly mentioned changing him to the Digital program in our mail to
them) where he can attend the tests and he would be given only the study
materials needed. My wife told them that they were mistaken and we wanted
to change to Aakash digital. They initially quoted us that the digital
class fee is Rs 30, 000/- & later it was quoted that it was Rs 40, 000/-.
The response from the office was so bad. We requested them to return our
two installment cheques of September & November, as we had paid Rs 40, 00/-
till now to which they told us that we will lose 75% of the amount
we paid & we have to pay another 75% to enroll again. This came as a shock
to us since they had not mentioned all this during the time of enrollment
and selection of the program. It was absolutely due to disappointment and
dissatisfaction with the staff behavior and performance that we are forced
to change the course so why should we bear this loss?
When we asked for mail Id or phone no of head office we were told to take it fro. The internet. When we wrote an email complaining the issue to all the mail Id available on net it was again forwarded to the same man who was addressing us. He was mocking us saying wherever we send they mail will get to them only and we have to accept whatever solution they offer. Since we have paid the money we have to bear the loss. What kind of a solution is this?
No higher authority spoke to us for providing a solution and after repeated mails without any result we were forced to apply for refund.

Due to reopening of schools in TamilNadu I couldn't join the course at present, So I request you to refund the resignation fee to my account..
