As I've paid Rs 25000 on Oct 29th on aakash digital course but I can't pay the remaining fee . So I want you to refund the Rs 25000 as soon as possible . It's been more than 20 days yet there's no response from your management . Pls refund it as soon as possible

Its been 20 days yet there's no response from this aakash institute. When will you refund the money. I haven't even attended a single class but you guys were cheating on us . Respond as soon as possible

My name is Fariha Adib and again i have to say that no respond on my refund issue had been given to me till now.
I had taken admission in aakash institute in August 14th and on August 16th i had paid Rs 41760/- after paying my full fee i had got my SD cards aakash institute booklets after one month. When i got my SD card after seeing the videos within 20 days i had applied for refund . I got my SD card in 14 or 16th Sep and on 1st Oct i had applied for refund.

I am a patient of TB and i am facing so many problems regarding to my health like breathing problem, stomach ache for which i had dropped my this year. And for this reason i had asked with the institute to refund me.

I had applied for refund on 1st October but they didn't listen to me after requesting so many times they refund me on 9th November but only Rs16147/- which not 50%also. I asked with the team where my amount had been deducted? He replied me
"See we have consider your refund request as an exceptional case and refund amount calculated based on the pro rata charges" after hearing this i said him Ok. But i want to know why only this much amount are given back to me? How can they do like this with me becoz i had applied within one month. So how?

Even i didn't attend aakash live. In 1 or 2 month i never attend the live class only for single day just for 15 minutes i had attended the live class. In Live class audio is not coming in my phone .

First of all i got my study material after one month after paying the full the fee in which one of my SD card was missing . When i tell this to team they replied me SD-7 is ur SD-2 but SD-2 is different nd SD-7 is different.
Their contents are totally different. I got incomplete SD card also.

A big problem which i faced is that when i am calling on aakash educational services limited number it was always busy for 10-15 days continuosly i called continously for10-15 days but not a single day i got connected.

nd the issues are also not solved by the team in a proper way.

I'm sorry to say this "HOW BIG THIS INSTITUTE ARE BUT VERY CARELESS . SERVICES ARE VERY WORST."

Why they don't have the policy that we can talk on refund issues through call. Why only we can mail and can't get connect with the refund team through call?

I want my money back in 70%-75% .

I am requesting you kindly to look into my matter seriously and return back my money .

Hi am Sabitha m/o N. Akshara... Already registered for anthe scholarship exam... But every single day getting call from akash asking me to register.. Today alone got more than 10 calls... It is really annoying... With this kind of behavior from your side.. Would like to convey that lost hope in aakash...your Institute had failed to update registration which I have already done in October... When you are so lethargic in this... How can we enroll our child in your Institute... Sorry to say.. I wasted my time in registering in you Institute...

My name is Fariha Adib PSID [protected].i had admission on itutor in the august 14 nd paid my fee Rs41, 760/- after payment i got my SD cards aakash institutes booklets on 14or 16 september 2020.on 1st October i applied for refund till contnue applying for refund i got my refund in november but only Rs16000 why? I don't know bcoz i had applied for refund within 20 days so i will have to got 74% of my fee but it's not like they only give me Rs 16000.

Not a single i attended aakash live classes.
One of my SD card was also missing.
Team is not solving issues properly.

Myself puneet I have paid this woman named savitri sum of 160000 to get me selected in medical college and she hasn't returned my money and now making me listen bad words if I call as I paid in cash to this foolish woman I cannot claim but your brand name is getting spoiled aakash is such a good institute and keeping such employees is really bad please take strict actions

Guys please don't go to aakash institute palwal branch savitri is the employee who will take money and on getting you cleared exams and will never speak to you again she will block you as she only demands cash beware of this ###

Savitri from palwal has taken 125000 for getting me cleared in neet papers no one is helping as I gave cash aakash institute should file complaint on such employees my other 4 friends also suffered I had to sell land to pay back this diwali I am a useless not celebrating diwali my family is suffering so bad this savitri from aakash institute palwal branch should be punished

This is specifically about palwal branch I have paid money to a lady there and she promised to get my papers settled and cleared however I saw no results this is really bad when you play with future of others I don't blame the institute but such employees should be in jail

Sir myself sahil chaudhary from faridabad, I wanted to join MBBS and one day I came to Savitri who works at Aaksh Institutions palwal branch in some department and she approached me she will get my NEET examination cleared and charged me 1, 25, 000 and after I paid money in cash now she says do whatever you want as I have no proof for payment but the institute should not keep such employees

The technical experts of aakash institute durgapur behave like that they are our teacher and they are not in the help of ours they are the owner of aakash . They always try to avoid their faults of not to courier study pacakges at time after mailing address and student ID 4to 5 times on evey slot . They do not check our mails for the address of courier and do not courier . After that when ther are asked to see mail in a roughly manner they tell "you do not know who am I "like that they will do the students' medical or engineering counciling and make sure the seats . Very much arrogant computer technician as well as faculty manager .

Refund of our security deposit and 12th STD fees as my child studies were closed in middle due to fees problem.sir I was paying fees timely but due to lockdown my last two installments were not paid however I talked to your head office branch and I asked them that I am going to pay these two installments in 4 parts that's why I paid first part on 25th of sept and I told them that remaining fees will be paid till end of month of november and they allowed me to do that but 15days after paying 1st part my child studies were closed in middle and they didn't allowed my child to enter online studying platform of Aakash I talked to Aakash branch but still they didn't helped me to get through it they only told us to pay fees then only we will allow this is how Aakash support students and their families please sir help me and make some refund as I just wanted to make sure that my child studies is still continued somewhere else sir I just talked to Aakash branch but still no help from branch manager as well as head office or get us a handwritten note of why my child studies were closed in middle sir is it allowed to close child studies in lockdown between child's studying year. please sir eagerly waiting for your reply . thankyou.

I am an 11th studying student enrolled in Aakash Institute dlp course for test series . At the time of admission they said that they will provide even AIATS but till date I am unable to attend a single Aiats(provided the Aiats have already begun from 1st November). Inspite of paying the entire amount they have cheated me terribly. Whenever I am calling them they are disconnecting the call and replies to my mail are nothing but unsatisfactory responses.
I want them to solve my issue at the earliest.

My son is studying in Aakash Institute since 2019. I have paid 5 installments out of 6 till now. Due to Pandemic situations, I requested my branch to allow the final installment of Rs.21187/- to be paid on December. They agreed.
Suddenly last Tuesday (27/10/2020), Aakash, Coimbatore, Peelamedu Branch blocked my son from Online classes for non payment of final installment.
As per the terms signed at the time of joining, they couldn't provide services in person and giving attentions to individual students, due to Corona issue. For the same reason, I could not pay the final installment as per their protocol. Even the amount is very small, how can they behave like this?

I have registered my son in aakash institute, pimppri, pune. His PSID is[protected]. Aryaansh katiyar and roll no is[protected]. He was registered under foundation course for 9th and 10th class, 2 year programe. due to covid 19, online classes are being conducted since mar this year. As per government guidelines, all these coaching institute to reduce the fees . My son is not comfortable with online classes and not attending the same. aakash had to issue the books but refused to give it and asked to pay the fees first. you are requested to instruct institute to issue books and forgo the fees as per guidelines.

My self Aditya Madan bali, I join two year classes room course in Aakash akola branch, I paid almost 90%fees but due to some problem my one installment is due .during coivid 19 pandemic my classes is closed for 4 months

I paid the admission fees Rs. 10, 000 for the batch aakash digital neet repeaters live course. But i can't be able to login since the classes had yet to be started. Tomorrow they told me to pay balance fees full. Shall i pay it or not. Is this fake?
