I have booked a ticket on November 30th, 2015, TKT No - ABRS4088907 On Dec 23rd I got a call from Customer Service saying that my ticket has been
cancelled saying that the Service Operator has cancelled the Service, which is purely a lie . He said that full amount will be refunded back to my account, and need not cancel the ticket from my end. When I asked if an alternate ticket can be provided, stating that journey is very important for me, he said that it would cost more INR 2, 000, which took me by a surprise, because two times the rate at which I booked my ticket. Since the services have completely failed, I am left with no options, and opted to cancel my whole trip just because they informed prior to two days of my plan. If the same has been informed at least a week before I would have done something, hence I asked him to cancel my ticket. Nearly after 15 hours having the conversation I got a message from AbhiBus stating that an amount of 799 will be refunded to my account. I don know why such a huge time gap . And here is the interesting thing, after cancellation of my ticket, I can see the same ticket is being sold at a higher price of 1900/- by the same operator at the same time on abhibus website, which clearly shows the whole thing is a lie.

my name is dhanya i booked ticket from madanapalli to chennai on 4-4-2015 for the date 5-4-2015, seat number 22 at 7.15 am. amount is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked, so please kindly refund amount.
