I Booked a ticket from bangalore to tirupati, my bus was cancelled by the travels, they have not responded to my complaint, neither have they refunded the money..This is the second time i am facing this problem, earlier i had booked a ticket for a friend from abhibus it got cancelled and she did not even get the refund, guys this is not done ! For working people like us, do u even know what amount of mental tension and inconvenience it causes. please look into the matter.

    I have booked my tickets from Chennai to Hyderabad on[protected] during floods. Unfortunately the service got cancelled. I was expecting for the refund of money in next 7 working days. But it did not happen. I have raised a complaint in abhibus.com for the refund. After following them for 2 months they have refunded my money back

      I have booked 4 tickets in 2 different booking IDs through Abhibus online booking.
      On site, casback offer shows INR 200 or 25% cash back in paytm wallet, whichever is less but I got only INR 120 cash back on booking of INR 914 with one booking ID.

        I booked a ticket on 26.02.2016 in Abhibus from bellary to Bangalore in pooja travels for a journey Dated 28.02.2016 and they send confirmation msg and mail too.. but when I went and enquired abt my booking status at pooja Travels they told it was booked for 27.02.2016 and not for 28.02.2016 but in ticket issued by abhiubus it was showing Journey Date is 28.02.2016 only, I Called Custermer care for 3 Times they asked me wait but they did not turn up to solve my problem... Looking all the ways to sue against them.. Kindly help

          My self Kalyan. I booked ticket on 19th Feb from chennai to banglore. The time of bus 11 pm. Before I reached the bus, it has left. So please help me this concern. I paid money for that ticket. So I don't want leave the travel management for that money.

          worst service by abhibus, i advise never to use their service, i got a message saying the ticket is not not confirmed and after i booked the same ticket from other service, my money got deducted on abhibus also. i registered a complaint but alas their customer service is more worse.

            I booked a ticket from Kumbakonam to chennai today(19-Feb-2016) through Abhibus.com. When i checked offers on Abhibus site. If i select the payment gateway as Paytm, 25% cash back to paytm wallet. I didnt receive the cash back. so i called Abhibus, they saying the offer is not available for guest user. But no where in the Terms and Condition, it was mentioned.

            Terms and condition as follows,

            1) Minimum Booking Value Rs.400 on Paytm wallet.
            2) Maximum 2 times per PAYTM user login in a month.
            abhicash cannot be used for this offer.
            3)Offer applicable for all users on payment through Paytm Wallet.
            4)All Cash Backs will be credited to user's Paytm account instantly.
            5)All partial and full cancellation refunds would happen to Paytm wallet it self.

            When i call to the customer care the guy spoke hard to me and cut the call. Very bad response from abhibus customer service. Cutting the call is very bad. I am really feels very bad for cutting the call. This is how they do with all customer.

            Simply waste no comments. abhibus is a worst site for online bus booking. they will cheat you that they are giving cash back. but they wont give you full amount.

                  I have booked a ticket on November 30th, 2015, TKT No - ABRS4088907 On Dec 23rd I got a call from Customer Service saying that my ticket has been cancelled saying that the Service Operator has cancelled the Service, which is purely a lie . He said that full amount will be refunded back to my account, and need not cancel the ticket from my end. When I asked if an alternate ticket can be provided, stating that journey is very important for me, he said that it would cost more INR 2, 000, which took me by a surprise, because two times the rate at which I booked my ticket. Since the services have completely failed, I am left with no options, and opted to cancel my whole trip just because they informed prior to two days of my plan. If the same has been informed at least a week before I would have done something, hence I asked him to cancel my ticket. Nearly after 15 hours having the conversation I got a message from AbhiBus stating that an amount of 799 will be refunded to my account. I don know why such a huge time gap . And here is the interesting thing, after cancellation of my ticket, I can see the same ticket is being sold at a higher price of 1900/- by the same operator at the same time on abhibus website, which clearly shows the whole thing is a lie.

                      TID ABRS4143187 PNR ABRS4143187, I have booked above ticket on 18/12/2015. Between 6:00pm-6:10pm. At the time of booking ticket the charges are appeared as 1830.00 rupees including insurance. But the money charged from my account is 2030.00 rupees.                         On Friday 11thDecember 2015 i booked a ticket From :: Hyderabad To : Nellore. In this booking i faced a bus fare mismatch before and after selecting the seat. Booking details:: AbhiBus Booking ID :: ABRS4121212 Operator PNR # ABRS4121212 Booked date::[protected]. The issue was :: 1. I had select the From and To location and clicked on Search. 2. Now from the Bus list i selected the SRI KRISHNA TRAVELS Multiaxle B9R VOLVO Semi sleeper A/C showing amount as Rs: 780. 3. After selecting the seat it was showing the Amount as 850. But it was not showing the any Fare split like Service Tax or Toll Gate.I dint check the final amount that to be paid and booked the ticket. After booking i received a mail and i see it was 850. don't know what reason does this fare got changed. I also verified for other buses does the same issue exists and for surprise it was showing the Fare split like Service Tax etc. I am attaching the screenshots of the booked bus which is not showing the Fare split but showing different bus fare. I am also attaching the screenshot of another transporter from abhibus website which is showing the Fare split after selecting the seat.

                          Date : 3/12/2015 Order Number : O_13210890 of CCAvenue and EBS Payment ID : 45306426, I booked a ticket on 3rd dec. 2015. Everything was going fine, only after the payment was completed, a pop up generated and it said that there was some problem with the ticket but your payment is successful, please contact customer care for your inconvenience. I did so, just to hear them say please call us later there is some server issue. I again called them but they seemed to cut me off whenever I reached their receiving end. The amount deducted from my account and I want them to be refunded as no ticket was booked against the payment. I can send you the email of successfully accepted payment.

                            This is kiran i booked a bus from rajamundry to srikakualam on 5th dec 2015 with the payment id[protected].but i hadnt recived any message for confirmation and amount had been deducted and after contacting the customer care for 5 times they told that the booking team will contact me for ticket confirmation. and after waiting for another 1 hour i called them they said my ticket had been cancelled and my refund will be given within 10 working days. i am waiting for my bus and these people told me that the matter after contacting them for 2 hours. kindly take proper action for the service delay. thank you.

                              I have cancelled AGB9I589 Ticket. ( 2 tickets on 19th Nov-15 and 1 ticket on 25 Nov-15).I have not got any refund till now Abhibus have worst customer servcie, I have send them Statement of accounts attached in PDF format, but they are informing me about no attachments in email. I am calling daily, I am not getting any updates regarding this.Also raised ticket 340483 on sriphani. I have mailed them with all the details many number of times but of no use. Order #:O_12811427M CCavenue refr:[protected] AbhiBus Refund my hard earned money or else i have to go Court to get refund.

                                - Date of incident - 28 th Nov 2015 - Client Number[protected] - Description - On ABHIBUS website Shirdi to Mumbai tickets are shown as 250 for 13th Dec 2015. And at the time of payment (click) rates are increased by 100 rs per seat so that we cant do anything. FRAUD PATHETIC experience. Still on site rates are shown as 250. And If you will do booking rates will be get suddenly changed to additional 100 rs extra per seat. I have shown image with rates they ABHIBUS have charged ADDITIONALLY and with LESS price they are showing on website to make fraud. Resolution Expected - Complete REFUND without any deduction

                                  I booked a ticket, PNR - ABRS3978362, DOJ 25/10/2015, from Hyd - Bangalore from abhibus.com, the ticket that's worth 600 Rs costed me 2650.00 due to Dussera rush. The service of Abhibus is worst, they don't send the vehicle number with the ticket. The operator was Kaleshwari travels, the worst travels I have ever seen. In-spite of charging such an exorbitant price the bus quality was very bad, the bus was late by half an hour at the pickup. The heights of bad service was when the bus stopped at 3 am midway and asked all the passengers to shift to another bus as they didn't have permit to enter Bangalore or some issue, this is nothing but just looting the people by Abhibus and Kaleshwari travels. The conductor on the bus was very arrogant, was telling lies about the reaching time, the bus was supposed to reach Bangalore at 7:30 am to silk board but it reached at 10 O'clock to Hebbal and when I asked the conductor about the Slikboad dropping point he replied arrogantly that I have to catch a city bus and go. People never use Abhibus!

                                  The private travels were looting people offline anyways, thanks to Abhibus the looting is online. ‪#‎worstbusserviceabhibus‬

                                    In the on screen ticket fare is showing 500 Rs, when am booking the ticket its displaying 750 Rs,
                                    Yes Abhi bus is doing the same each time we try to book the tickets, they are cheating people by showing fake price drop alerts and Useless cashback policies.
                                    Please don't believe these kind of cash back Apps. Yes Abhibus is cheating people with USELESS cash back offers. Please don't book your tickets in Abhibus. Worst app. It's not deserve for even single star.

                                    I Have 2681/- in my abhicash wallet but it is useless now. Expire time also very less and going to expire in next 30 days. I stopped using this app now. Please don't believe these kind of cash back Apps. If they are offering 100% cash back then I would be expect at least 50% redemption on my next ticket booking, But it does not allow. Only 5% cash back they are giving. They are spending more on advertising but when it actually comes to reality it is not impressive.

                                      I booked ticket for thippu sulthan travels via abhi bus.com. The amount got debited, but ticket not generated. I got text message from abhibus.com saying " we are sorry for the inconvenience as there seems to be an issue in your ticket booking confirmation with reference number. hence again i booked ticket, second time also i got the same message and ticket not generated. I tried to connect with abhi bus customer care, but no luck.none of them picked my call. I tried two times.its waste of my money to make call to them.It made me frustrated, since i travel at night time as a girl, eventually i travelled by another bus on the fly. the reference number is as below. 1. O11521821 2. O11522801 Please help me to refund the amount and at the same time ask them to ensure this type issue shouldn't happen in future.
