Hi, The PNR no. and date referred in the subject line where I traveled in A1 travels from Coimbatore to Bangalore. The reporting time given in the ticket was 11:15 pm and I reported the same time. But to my surprise I was made boarded into a different bus which goes to Kerala via Walayar. I was told that the bus will drop me in Madhukarai and the bus to Bangalore will arrive and I will be boarded into it. Also the bus will not enter the Coimbatore city, but will touch the Bypass road and will go on As I was in a hurry to reach Bangalore the next morning, I didn't argue. But the bus went till walayar and I boarded the bus which goes to bangalore at 12:45 in walayar. This is not the right way to treat the passenger. Along with me two other passengers were there. Also I found that my seat was given to some one else which bursted out into an argument with driver. They have to check their trip sheet and have to allot seats for the passengers who have not booked their seats. When asked with driver, he told that he was not informed about the seats. Customers book their bus through online for their comfort and convenient. But is this the way the customers will be treated. It was assumed that I will be boarding in bus at 11:30 pm from Coimbatore. But it did not happened and all the way I traveled 28 kms to get the right bus. I think this is happening every day, but never complaint was raised I believe. This is not all fair, not accepted.     I have booked a ticket but I didn't receive the confirmation of the ticket but they took money from my account.
    I have called a number,[protected].Some one picked the call. I explained the situation and they said that their booking department will call you with in 40 minutes, i didn't get any call from them, once again i have called them they told me the same as they said before.atleast 10 times i called them but they were telling the same, FINALLY YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK, Another interesting thing they are charging for their USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE 1 rupee 20 paise per minute, you have to wait 3 minutes or more to wait in queue before they pick the call

    First Thanks for the reply, you are mentioned below that you were trying to reach me but there was no response :), ( I CAN SHOW YOU MY CALL HISTORY FROM MY MOBILE NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER - that will clearly expose that you people didn't call me ), anyway i should wait for a week to get my money back. we are little educated so we can contact you and register a complaint about your service, How the people who are uneducated like my father or my mother dosen't know these kind of procedures to get their money back?

    The worst service providing by the following number[protected].they were telling me continuously that their billing team will call you with in 40 minutes but i didn't get a single call, when ever i have called them they were telling the same, i have been talking with you while i lost my mobile balance more than 90 rupees trying to get my money RS.650 .please return my money 650 back i don't like to call your customer service once again.frustrating answers they were delivering .you know clearly you took my money then why do you want my bank Statement?, i ll wait 7 working days if i ll not get my money with in a week i ll register a complaint with necessary proof and documents.

      Hi,

      Thanks for your replay, As I told, I have contacted @ [protected] at 7:30 PM as it contained in SMS of ticket details. He told that bus has been cancelled and they doesn't informed me about the service cancellation. And I got call @9:10 PM asked to catch the bus and left that place. I again called them, they said that bus has already left you can ask for money refund. I didn't get any prior infomation at least before 30 mins.
      I have all the call history data in my mobile for proof of communication and time of communication. So I want money to be refunded...

        Abhibus has charged Rs24.75 extra on my ticket which is irrelevant. Actual Ticket Fare: Rs500 Amount Paid by me: Rs524.75 - Rs100(Abhibus Couponcode) = Rs424.75/- They said they charged this for Service Tax. Bus when i booked another seat in the same bus for the same date of journey they showed no service tax charges. Also in the printed ticket they have not showed this Service Tax details which is very unfair from a big online booking service provider. I have a transaction proof which is debited from my card.           I have booked my ticket through Abhibus.com, R K travels from Ankleshwer to PUNE. As per ticket bus will be in ankleshwer by 11:00 PM, But it did not arrived till 12:30 Am. After waiting for more then one and half hour when we ask ABHIBUS to provide us contact details, They simply provide Toll free number of Travelyaari.com After calling them for more then 30 minuts I ask him to refund the ticket amount, They simply refuse to take our request.Y

            I raised complaint with Abhibus 186726. Worst customer support by Abhibus ever seen any organization like this. I booked sleeper coach from Abhibus (Sai Krishana Travels) hyd to eluru for couple along with my infant baby for 1700INR. During midnight bus stopped near Hyderabad ORR and saying bus caught trouble.(Most of the travellers arguing with conductor as bus occupency is only 50% they playing this game) After sometime conductor came to me and asking to go and sit in semisleeper bus 1 seat ahead and one last cornor sear otherwise you wont get any bus. i said i cant travel with baby, they halted one sleeper bus kesineni and accomidated for one berth for 800Rs( i have seen giving the money) All the night i travel in single berth aling with my wife and baby and came to know that bus will go only till vijayawada. from there i again caugt one apsrtc bus and finally reached eluru. With lot of angry frustration i raised complaint with Abhibus and followup number times. But i didnt get single response from them... Worst support by Abhibus. Thanks. Srinivasa Rao

              Hi, I tried booking a ticker on 28 April 2014, the payment is successful but I have not received the ticket by sms or Mail. I called the customer care and they denied the transaction in mail. I have written to HDFC for the statement of transactions and they confirmed the payment has happened on that day with Abhibus services. I have forwarded the proof of payment to Abhibus customer care but has not received a single reply even after multiple follow ups. Even the customer care puts the call on hold as soon as I tell them the reference number of the issue I raised. The issue number is 183023. I need the status of the issue at the earliest. Please respond.

                Hi Abhibus CC, I booked my ticket from hyd- bangalore to travel on 31st march 2014 with "Pavit Tours & Travels", but my ticket was cancelled by service provider as he was not running that particular bus on that day. So i spoke to customer care person, he informed me that my amount will be returned back but still now i had not got my amount back. I made many calls got frustrated, their had given me some reference number to check with bank. I even checked with bank about the transaction and at last I got information that no such transaction has been done. So me came back to abhibus customer care, now there asked me for my bank statement & i had provided my bank statement also, Now funny, foolish & frustration part is still now (25th April) i had not yet received my amount. So do u think customer are fool, 's and don't have any other work to keep on following you . Kindly remove the caption "Customer is King" from your office it's doesn't suite. Regards, Sai

                  i reserved a ticket from hyderabad to vijayawada in greenlines travels on 5/04/2014 at 10.15 pm at kukatpally.my PNR is ABRS2841898.Its the worst service of abhi bus & as well as greenline travels..i was called to travels at 10.00pm and they are not responding.. and after that at 10.40pm they simply said the service was cancelled and we are not providing any alternatives.i was waited upto 11 pm for response from abhibus.com and greenline travels.. i am very suffered with your service and forward to my friends in facebook and twitter dont prefer abhibus.com and greenline travels.. i m not satisfying with that one also i dont know procedure to file a complaint in police station or consumer court..

                  Worst Customer Care Service

                  Never ending waiting room, though I tried n number of times to the customer care number but it never get connected even after loosing hundreds of rupees in calling their land line number.

                    Hi All,

                    I have booked a ticket from Abhibus.com on 17th March 2014 from Delhi To Chandigarh.

                    I called the customer care service repeaedly to get the info of bus but the person sitting on the other side put my call on hold and didn't gave authenticate information.

                    After waiting for 3 hours on bus stand I got to know that the bus got cancelled. I called Abhibus again to apprise them the situation, instead of helping me in getting the ticket for the other bus they said they can't do anything and noted down my complaint. I've to stand in a queue for another 1 hour(due to heavy rush of Holi) to get my tickets done.

                    Now start the torture of Abhibus, I called them repeatedly to get my refund processed and every time they said it'll be done in 24 hours. Their 24 hours haven't finished yet. I have spent almost 100rs in calling them, I have a call bill with me.

                    So it's my humble request to all of you to avoid ABHIBUS.COM as they are fraud and they are not competent enough to provide a resolution.

                    DON"T book ticket with them. You'll repent.

                    Through AbhiBus, I booked a service on Hentek Travels from Changanacherry to Bangalore on 21 st March. The journey date was April 7th. The operator at the boarding point told me that it used to be the place for Hentek travels, but the service is not operating for the past 4 months!!! I was surprised and called AbhiBus customer care. They said they would check and call me back in 30 minutes. I didn&#039;t get any response after 45 minutes, when I called them again, they said another 30 minutes. Again no response. I called them again and they said another 45 minutes.I said I am not looking for a refund, but alternate arrangement, they said they don&#039;t have any and I have to look for something myself !!! I had to go back as I couldn&#039;t get any ticket. Regardless, called them again to check the status and even after 2.5hrs their reply was that their &#039;backend&#039; team is working to get confirmation from bus operator and I would definitely get a call by &#039;end of day&#039;. Nobody called. Next day, I called them again and this time they said they got confirmation that service is canceled and I would get a message by end of day. And till now no message also, today I called again and its the same reply that I would get a message by end of day. This is the worst customer care experience in my life so far!! First of all they took money from a service which was not running, then they didn&#039;t care to make any alternate arrangement and now they are simply holding back the money. Does any of you here know about filing a complaint in consumer court?

                      Hi, Planning to book bus tickets through online? don't choose Abhibus.com. You will not get your money back whenever your planned journey is missed due to the Bus operators mischievous tactics. you have to pay the price even though you were not at fault. They simply sell tickets. rest of the things god knows. No response afterwards. your valuable time and money will be lost. kvsr subrahmanyam

                        My Ticket Booking with Abhibus for the operator Sachin Travels from Bangalore to Chennai on 21st August 2013 was confirmed and issued a ticket. but Just 90 mins before the journey the service was cancelled by the operator without giving any valid reason. As if the Ahbibus were the booking agent, when I enquired them, they neither arranged for alternative or nor refunded the Cash. Yet from that Day whenever I call the Customer Care, repeatedly they were telling they would call me regarding the process of refund. But till today Abhibus has not given me any explanation or refund. Please don't try to book any tickets through this Portal as they hardly care their customers and pay no attention for their grievances.

                          On Saturday 13th july 2013 I booked ticket for Nagpur-Hyderabad from abhibus.com for 14 July 2013.
                          I called travel agent to confirm, he said departure time is 11.15pm. On 14th july 10.30 pm I went to pickup point royal travels, chatrapati square, nagpur. At 11 pm I called on number [protected]. That guy started shouting at me he said " kya number hai, kaha se ticket kiya" I said I booked from abhibus and seat number is lb13. Then he said "ek seat pe 2 log hai 10 min bad call karo. After 10 min I called him but his phone was switched off. At 11.30 that bus came to chatrapati square very speedily and ran away. It was huge raining at that time and 4 more people was there along with me who also suffered.

                          I want consumer court to take strict action against kanker travela and abhibus.com.

                            i had booked tickets from hyderabad to vishakapatnam for [protected] and booked in online(abhi bus.com) while booking the rules and regulations are only for special buses there is no cancelation for all others canclation is there now i want to cancel tickets as i preponed my journey but they were not allowing cancelllation saying that cancelation is not allowed online agent is asking to contact operator and operator is asking to contact online agent please ensure to take necessary action on them

                                A online ticket was booked from Hyderabad to mumbai through the web site of sahara bus and ticket was sent online by mail from abibus their ticketing agents. /abhibus.Travel was scheduled by subject ticket from hyderabad to Mumbai on 15.8.2011 and the ticket was cancelled on 12.8.2011 due to personal exigencies. 8.2011 . But till date I have not received the refund. Despite repeated calls to abibus supoort team ( Mr Shrikant , Vijaya , waheda , Srazana etc who have acknowledge the complaint number Ticket ID :11001 . These are the people who answered calls every time , there been no response. Lot of mails have been sent and received mentioninfg they are processing the payment. sahara travels are asking me to ocntact Abhi bus and abhi bus is asking me to there has not been much change in the status. Request your intervention into the matter and do the needful. Would appreciate if you can acknowledge the mail and do the needful to resolve the issue.

                                Worst service by Abhibus. There is no response from them. Same thing happened to me as well.. They are not responding..

                                  REFUND NOT RECIEVED !!!!!!
                                  I cancelled the ticket of Neeta Tours and Travels by calling on[protected] which was booked online on www.neetabus.in
                                  After cancellation I was assured for the refund within 7 days. When I did not got the refund after 10 days I called then and asked about the status. I was surprised to know that “there is some Technical Problem and therefore it will take next 2 days” again after 3 days I called them to know about the refund and I was told that the concern person is not available and will call u back.
                                  As expected I did not received any call!!! I called back next day and the same thing was told to me. I insisted them that it has been a long time and it’s a matter of small amount 1260/- .
                                  I cant keep on calling repeatedly for the same. I understand that there might be some temporary technical problem but you people do not care to call back, do not reply on email, technical person is never available.
                                  This kind of attitude is not expected from Neeta and abhibus.com (support company for Neeta’s online transactions). If the intension is not to refund the amount then it should be communicated properly so that we customers who trusted on you stop putting efforts and energy in the matter.

                                  I am Feeling SO SORRY AND SAD for Neeta T&T and Abhibus.com by submitting here that i have not got the refund till now...

                                  I have been practically calling twice a day for the refund and as usual i have been asked for 2 more days.

                                  I have talked to Murli, Farzana, Sushil etc... at the call center...
                                  Now the condition is this that these call center ppl recognise me very well... as i have called them so manny times... BUT NO PROGRESS IN MY REFUND STATUS...


                                  DO SOMETHING IN THE MATTER ASAP...
                                  We too had the same experience, For nearly 2 months we spent lots of money on phone calls to Chennai and other places.Luckily for us at last we are reffered to a gentleman-Mr Sanghvi(Tel:[protected]) and this person refunded our money within 2 days.you too can try your luck.
