This is chandra sekhar from hyderabad. On 5th Apr, 2013, I booked a bus ticket from hyderabad to eluru on the website: http://abhibus.com/.

Bus reporting time is at 9:05PM, When I was trying to cancel the ticket at 5:20, It did not allow me to cancel. Immediately, I called abhibus customer care, they are claiming that ticket can be cancelled only 3 hours before to bus starting time which is 8:15PM.
This is cheating the passengers. What passengers usually think when you say 3 hours before cancellation allowed? I thought it is departure time. Im unnecessarily loosing 750 Rs. When I tried to lodge complaint on http://abhibus.com/contact, 'Send' button was not working. If it not working, how people can send their complaints to abhibus?
Bus Operator is : Sai Anjana Travels
While all other bus operators allows passengers to cancel tickets before one hour of journey, Sai Anjana Travels allowing passengers to cancel tickets only before 3 hours. Since 5th April was friday, there was lot of rush for the bus tickets. Im sure they sold that ticket to others.

The worst service providing by the following number[protected].they were telling me continuously that their billing team will call you with in 40 minutes but i didn't get a single call, when ever i have called them they were telling the same, i have been talking with you while i lost my mobile balance more than 90 rupees trying to get my money RS.650 .please return my money 650 back i don't like to call your customer service once again.frustrating answers they were delivering .you know clearly you took my money then why do you want my bank Statement?, i ll wait 7 working days if i ll not get my money with in a week i ll register a complaint with necessary proof and documents.
