Dear Sir, First of all Abhi bus customer care people never respond properly to any of the queries. Today I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Nagpur in non a/c bus with below details. Name: Biswajita Dash Ph number: [protected] <pnr>: ABRS3521805 <TID>: ABRS3521805 Seat No: 17 Boarding point as per the record was Gachibowli, beside Al Saba restaurant. I was there at the place by 8.45 till 11.30. I called to the office number at 8.30 at my room before starting for the place, on the given number in mobile message.i.e. [protected]. I was asked to call to bus conductor's number [protected]. At 9.15 when I tried calling office number as well as conductor's number, no one picked up the call till 11.30. Meanwhile Office number got switched off. Somehow I managed to get head office number and some other person's number from same travel, but i didn't get any satisfied answer. I was told that pick up van is coming there in sometime and that sometime continued for 3 hr. Ideally all passenger should get a call from Bus conductor once bus reaches the boarding point. Here I didn't even get a call from any one of them. It was really frustrating when we spend lot of money for these private travels and in return we end up having this kind of no service. Now I want my ticket money(1250) to be refunded in 1 day or same to be used during different time of travel as compensation. Also I have got one number which is supposed to be Dhanunjaya travel, which is [protected]. I will wait for 24 hr. If I won't get positive acknowledgement to my mail then I will be forced to send one copy to consumer forum including everyone whom I spoke to. Kindly inform to the travel owner to avoid any further notice. Hoping for a reply as soon as you can. Thanks Biswajita

      Through AbhiBus, I booked a service on Hentek Travels from Changanacherry to Bangalore on 21 st March. The journey date was April 7th. The operator at the boarding point told me that it used to be the place for Hentek travels, but the service is not operating for the past 4 months!!! I was surprised and called AbhiBus customer care. They said they would check and call me back in 30 minutes. I didn't get any response after 45 minutes, when I called them again, they said another 30 minutes. Again no response. I called them again and they said another 45 minutes.I said I am not looking for a refund, but alternate arrangement, they said they don't have any and I have to look for something myself !!! I had to go back as I couldn't get any ticket. Regardless, called them again to check the status and even after 2.5hrs their reply was that their 'backend' team is working to get confirmation from bus operator and I would definitely get a call by the 'end of day'. Nobody called. Next day, I called them again and this time they said they got confirmation that service is canceled and I would get a message by end of day. And till now no message also, today I called again and its the same reply that I would get a message by end of day. This is the worst customer care experience in my life so far!! First of all they took money from a service which was not running, then they didn't care to make any alternate arrangement and now they are simply holding back the money. Does any of you here know about filing a complaint in consumer court?

          I have booked a ticket thru abhibus platform service provider hentek travels, after booking ticket, have got a message from hentek travel that the bus got breakdown and service is cancelled from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 5th march, but searched on abhibus they are still selling the tickets for the same service provider and on same route this is third time these type of incident happened with abhibus, they are cheating customers by offering dummy travel tick and helping bus operators by last minute cancellation, and forcing customers to pay more on the tickets by increased price wan to take up the matter seriously and will approach law authorities to help cancel the license issued to abhibus, even when i call customer care they simply register a complaint and do nothing, and this time the rep scolded me using bad words and said to complain where ever I can

          We understand that last moment cancellation must have caused lot of inconvenience, however Abhibus does not have any role in service cancellation done by the operator. In fact we also try to provide the alternate basis the availability of services as per customer. needs We also have refunded the amount to your account and the same would be reflecting with in 7 working days

          One of the lafoot web site and worst customer support.
          they provide cash backs and that cash back is not used for next bookings, if we ask what is the problem for abibus cash not applicable for this booking. They answered we changed abibus cash redemption options frequently, you need to check terms and condition regurarly.

I asked for cancellation and refund of my money, One of your customer care executive told us that it will be credited in 4 or 5 business days. But, still it is not...               Hello, I had booked a ticket in anand travels with PNR no. 125669. I had to travel from bc road to bangalore on[protected]. Bus was suppose to arrive boarding point at 9:50PM, when i called bus operator he informed me to wait in boarding point. Finally bus arrived at 10:30PM. When i boarded the bus, i realized that they have changed my seat from SU10 (sinlgle upper sleaper to SU10A (Double upper sleeper) without prior information. When i asked the operator the reply was not in polite way. In the midnight operator woke me up and told me to share the seat. When i refused and said i will complaint abhibus, he replied 'You can, we dont care' This is how they treat passengers. I would suggest, you black list such travels and remove them from the website.               I got a call from abhibus now stating that for regestering complaint i need to pay Rs.10k.

              What is your action on anand travels?
              Travel was from Mangalore to Mumbai, the driver decided to stop at his own destination and not where the ticket was booked for, it was pointless to argue are the driver refused to go ahead bus no. 1240 Anand Travels date arriving Mira Road 31st Dec 2015.

              Please do not travel Anand without confirming the destination they can drop u anywhere.

              I had booked ticket from UDUPI to Bangalore.bus had been stopped in Mangalore at 10:30 and some technical problem is there.but people won't take Carr of passengers.bus is still here till 2'0 clock the worst travels I and seen in my life. The worst customer service. Never go with anand travels because where you will stuck in between journey you too don't know
              Ragava travels dropped the passenger before 12kms of the dropping point (vemagiri)

                Abhi bus cancelled bus from "Trichy to Chennai" and not provided alternate bus source.When we called Abhi bus customer support and travel agency, they told to arrange our self an alternative source.This is the worst case to stay with family members and friends on road where we are the outers of the state and faced language problem also.

                          Booked round trip from Hyderabad to Indore on Abhibus. For my return travel on 31st December 2014 from Indore to Hyderabad my bus got cancelled. I booked another bus also through abhibus site and returned. As per regulation the ticket money should have been refunded to my account but even after 40 days and numerous phone calls to customer care it is still not done. All I hear from customer care is it is in process and will take 24 to 48 hours to refund. All I have got is a complaint no. and almost no hope of getting my refund.                             02 tickets (ME AND MY WIFE)booked from hyderabad to mumbai, operator: New Dhanunjaya Travels, PNR: ABRS 330509 Departure 26 jan 2015 1030 pm. The tickets booked were 19, 20, but on reaching the boarding point we were told our tickets were changed to 17, 18. without any courtesy or prior intimation. The buses started from the boarding point and broke down after travelling 100 km at 0030 hrs. The driver and concerned individuals kept saying it will get repaired soon. At 0330hrs we were told that mechanics is likely to come after 1 hr. I told them that i had a flight to catch at 1600 hrs from mumbai, the everything fell into deaf ears. The operators have shown atmost lack of responsibility and concern for the passengers. Due to the irresponsibilty of the operators i had to get back to hyderabad and likely to miss the flight from mumbai.. even for the refund i was told i have to go back to the hyderabad office. i request a stern/ strict action may be taken against the bus operators and may pay for the mental tension and agony that me and my wife had to face and the refund of the tickets. If no action is taken i may be forced to register a case in consumer court against the mental torture and agony that we had to meet. Regards Hari.

                              Dear Sir, I wish to inform you that I have booked online ticket from Chennai to Kumbakonam and booked the return ticket in same travels from Kumbakonam to Chennai on 22nd Jan.2015, 10.15.p.m.(RathiMeena Travels) through your website. I had confirmed ticket printout proof copy to produce in RathiMeena Travels at Kumbakonam yesterday night reported at 9.45.p.m. But the travels allotted seat no.1 & 2 for somebody and they are all argueing we don't have any confirmation from your ticket respectively. I don't know the meaning of this ticket proof and also wasted time, undergone mental worries, and paid extra ticket amount . I have attached all the proof of tickets for your reference. Ticket amount has also been debited from my account on that same day. I work in State Govt. as Assistant Commissioner in Chennai. This matter is a serious issue to the consumer.                                 I had a bus reservation with abhibus.com made on 10/01/2015 from calicut to Bangalore with VIJI YATHRA. But on the travelling date which was on 11/01/2015 around 6PM, I got message saying bus is running late from Ernamkulam and departure from calicut will be 11.30. When I Called up the driver it was very clear that he was sleeping and the bus was not even started from Ernamkullam. Just to fill their seats all of sudden they postponed the trip to 11.30. When I called up the abhibus customer care, they are not even ready to share me the operator number and whatever the number they given to me which all are not reachable. few minutes after I got call from abhibus and they told me that bus operator is not ready for the refund. Since I had to reach in bangalore by 7, I made another reservation, almost paid the double to get the seat. It was directly made with an agent. Please take corrective action against VIJI Yathra and abhibus.com Please give back my amount.

                                  I have booked a ticket in abhibus(www.abhibus.com) for new Dhanunjaya travels from hyderabad to vishakapatnam on 31st Dec 2014. The travel date is on 9th Jan 2015. Today, 8th Jan I got a message from Abhibus regarding the bus operator has cancelled the bus.When i enquired by calling abhibus support[protected] they told that to check with operator of new Dhanunjaya travels. Dhanunjaya travels people[protected] responded in harsh way that the bus is cancelled and there is no alternative, in the website of the dhanunjaya travels they kept the bus which i booked as sold out and added new buses with fare triple than I booked. Inititially the fare was 750 rs and latter they have increased to 2200 rs. This is a big way to cheat the customers. Please take suitable action on the travel agents as they are cheating people especially at peak times. I am attaching the proofs of tickets booked, messages and new Dhanunjaya travels booking image.                                     As per the online booking is concern its subject to time, because time is money now a day . The deatails given by Abhibus was wrong we came to know when we booked one ticket to Vizag today. Today we booked 4 ticket to vizag with khaleswari travels vied TICKET NO ABRS3263802 .Time given in portal was departure time 9pm from LB Nagar, Hyderabad and arrival time at vizag was 6.30 am, which was totally wrong .The bus came 11.30 pm at LB Nagar and when we ask regarding the matter they misbehaved with us .which shows how cheap the khalswari bus crew are. As we are a worthy customer for the Abhibus from last one year due to the bus service and we believe that service apart from that we suffered a lot . As our urgency to reach vizag at 7 am morning was spoiled.The khaleswari travel also leaved us without waiting for 5 minutes and they boarded four other person by taking higher price from them in our place .instead of talking with us they just leaved, when we were on a talk with your customer support at that point of time. The other thing that khaleswari travel has given was instead of 5, 6, 7, 8 seat which we have booked they provided two different seats which was illogical in sense .kindly take it seriously and do the needful . the proves regarding ticket we have here with us .

                                      Irritating with abhibus. They didn't responding to my mail.2 months completed but not yet refunded I had booked ticket from hyderabad to vijayawada from this mail id:[protected]@gmail.com. I had cancelled the ticket on[protected] but the amount not refunded yet.I had also sent a mail to abhibus customer care. But they didn't reply to my mail They are very irresponsible. Refund Details Refund Amount: Rs 628.00 Discount Adjustment: Rs 0.00 Net Refund: Rs 628 Reference No: O_5326563 Refund Processed Date:[protected]:00 PM They just saying send the bank statement, We will contact with bank but they didn't I had sent complete bank statement to [protected]@abhibus.com and [protected]@abhibus.com but they didn't responding to my mail.

                                        On 24th Dec 2015, I booked a ticket from abhiibus.com to travel from Pune to Ambajogai. PNR number[protected]. I had chosen boarding point as ELPRO COMPANY, NEAR HDFC BANK, CHINCHWAD. The departure time was 08:45 pm, I reached at the boarding point on 08:15 pm. I was waiting for the bus; at around 09:00 pm suddenly I got a call from cleaner of the bus (or whoever the person) saying that he was waiting for me from 15 mins at boarding point ADITYA BIRLA HOSPITAL. I got shocked, I am literate enough to read my boarding point in the confirmation message. The bus went off from ADITYA BIRLA HOSPITAL point, i was requesting to the cleaner/Kushal Bus personnel to arrange somehow or i will reach the Boarding point where they were but in vain, I lost my reserved seat. I have to board some other bus, immdiately and have to travel by seating beside driver of that other bus. Requesting to the concerned authority to refund my money 585 Rs. Who is resposible to the inconvenience caused ? This incident caused due to poor management between Abhibus.com and Khushal travels.                                         Thanks for kind support Abhibus.com. I got my refund.


                                        I will suggest/recommend my friends and family to use Abhibus.com for bus ticket booking.

                                        Actually I use Abhibus.com since one year, and never gone through such case previously. I have downloaded and installed the Abhibus App on my phone also.


                                        I am hopeful that you guys will take care in future about the boarding points in your site and actual bus routs.
