Dear abt parcel service,

This is not the correct time to give a complaint like this, we understand everyone facing covid 19 situation but try to understand from our end also

We sent one parcel from chennai to bangalore on the date (19.03.2020) its not reachable till now please look into this, we contacted to your people also but there is no proper responding from their end..

    We requested to dispatch some cloth boxes from tiruppur to theni,

    We checked online tracking system.

    As per the update online track they mentioned the item has been arrived on[protected], but the item has been not dispatched until today.

    We called the madurai hub office, they said the item is not available in madurai hub office.

    We called Coimbatore hub office they said they don't know the item where it is available.

    The issue has been resolved. Item has been dispatched little bit delay after following up for 3 days.. Thanks abt parcel service

      Hello

      I had couriered document by a registered post from singapore singpost to new delhi. Tracking number is rc[protected]sg. Last status shows its airflown from kolkata to new delhi dimc on 30th december. After this no update. Recipient has not received the courier yet.

      Those are valuable documents of mine and urgently needed to reach the recipient.

      Kindly investigate and do the needful.

        I gave my bike for shipping at 20th dec. I waited for 10 days. While tracking i understood it took 5 days to reach the bike from thrissur to coimbatore. Actually it is only 100km from thrissur to coimbatore. It is the worst service i ever had from a courier service. I have my urgencies. I lost a lot of money due to this delay. I planned a trip and i booked hotels. They said maximum of 5 days. I need compensation

          I have shipped my royal enfield 350 on 25th november to bangalore (Hebbal). With the good condition, but my bike got delivered with worst dent, scratch, broken headlight, fork and handlebar bend. Which really gonna cost me around 10k, worst ever parcel logistic i have ever experienced.

          Also, i have lots of photos that cant be updated here though it is more than 2mb.

          Meanwhile, the workers are kept on asking for tips, extra 200 for unwrapping the bike, even at this poor condition.

          Kindly assist with this and bare my damage expenses.

            Ive booked a parcel from coimbatotre to hosur on 26/11/2019 and they have not delivered yet and if i keep calling the manager murthy [protected] this bloody guy is very waste fellow he did not respond for 35 calls and if i call the agent the bloody guy is not even respond very worst service ever and the company should close it's operations rather than hampering the customers and it's purely waste of time to spend on abt
            I send a parcel 13/11/2019 (D[protected] BUT DID NOT DELIVER YET
            An item had been booked at Velandipalayam with L. R. NO. 148976.Even after 06 days it has not reached Vedaranyam.on query couldn't elicit any responsible reply.The time taken by the parcel service is too long. Normally it takes only 02 days to reach the destination. But the time taken by this parcel service is too much.

              I was booked a parcel on 08/11/2019 lr no 21/18702 but till now the parcel was not received or didn't get a message status of parcel the parcel is showing is in banglore but while i contact the abnglore agency they are saying it will reach today since three and unable to track the parcel from my side the customer is asking to return the amount playing kit worth ra.6500 hence who is responsible to give the amount

              Very bad service.my parcel was that of a scooty and received it in bad condition. Also the item was delivered after 13 days. The vehicle has lot of scratches and the break liver, seat, self switch and the indicator glass were totally damaged. Really disappointed with ABT parcel service.

                A scooter was booked in my name from tiruvalla to ottapalam on25/10/2019. Way bill number istv-58413. I was told that i will be getting it today. But now i have told by your alva hub that it will be despatched only tomorrow as today it’s traders strike. I fail to understand what is the relation between transporter and trader. Transporter can carry on their services carrying the cargo booked on saturday and yesterday and keep at the destination godown as its not door delivery that it cannot be delivered due t closure of shops.
                I have made mistake by choosing abt based on the value of the name which your company was having instead o[censored]sing the services of local transporter or vrl or indian railways. Had i brought it by rail with me i need not have spent the amount of more than rs 1000/- which has been charged from me.

                  I am an Advocate and I bought a Maruti Swift ZDi on September 2018 in the name of V.P.Murugan, mobile no.[protected] from ABT Maruti showroom, Rajapalayam, Tamilnadu. During the delivery of car the service book did not give me by the dealer. I did not aware of service book. In the first service they asked service book. in this regard, I am fighting more than six month to get service book. I sent so many complaints to ABT Parcel service head office and other accountable officers. But No reply till today. Please to do the needful
                  My client send me the parcel from Mundakkal, Kollam (dt) Kerela on 15/11/2019. But I have not yet receive the same. They told that LR. No.not Even entered. But I have a LR receipt with me. Please do the need.

                    Poor, pathetic service, agents were irresponsible. My consignment arrived on 7th and from then on I was trying to reach [protected] for least 28 times call was waiting, busy and ringing but he never bothered to respond. Tried all available(expect one responded) customercare number in vain. I had been to Perungudi and literally wasted two days trying to find your store as there was no response from your agent.

                          Very much delay in service
                          Booked my bike on 6/5/2019 not yet received.
                          Tracking no -42421, from payyanur to kurikkal..
                          Concerned people are not responding at all..
                          I called abt parcel customer care service 4 times.. no response from them..
                          Booking agent in payyanur kerela is totally irresponsible about this ...
                          I don't know where my bike is..
                          Customer care people also not responding..

                            Hi,

                            I have parcelled my bike honda shine sp 125 cc in abt parcel service from dharmapuri to chennai. Its a newly purchased bike (Less then one month) before.

                            When i received the bike in chennai, its everything was damaged. Bike clutch was completely broken, even i am not able to start the bike. Directly i handover the bike into honda service centre. They charged 1350 rupees for broken parts alone. And so may scratches on all the parts of bike. I don't know how they handled the bike while packing and shipping from dharmapuri to chennai.

                            When i discussed about this with both dharmapuri office and chennai delivered office, both are giving very poor response.

                            Kindly help on this to clime.

                                  I had booked a consignment from chennai to trivandrum on 12th mar-19 l. R no 276699, till date there is no update on the consignment & after calling customer care the reply is even they dont have any update. Worse service low class services worst worst. The customer of mine has paid the amt of 1.5 lakhs & now he is shouting for the refund. No updates from abt
                                  I parcelled A bike, Got it after a week (told 3-4 days)..
                                  Bikes Doom was fully broken. very bad parcel service .. there is no complaint desk.. no compensation..

                                      I queried my bike from dharmapuri (Tamil nadu) to chennai, my waybill no is 817462. I couried my bike at dharmapuri on 05-mar-2019 and i received my bike on 08-mar-2019 my bike (Yamaha fz double disc) handle bar has been damaged heavily, it is miss placed, i left my bike for service they said we need to change the handle bar completely it takes around rs.1600, kindly do me a favor for this...

                                      Most pathetic service ever seen, every time either the parcel is damaged or late missing ... This time parcel sent to Andheri office instead goregaon in Mumbai, and now they want me to spend extra money to get my parcel to my home address,
                                      I know this is not helping in any way, might have to file a case against the company.

                                        It is very sad to tell you that, india's worst parcel service is abt parcel.

                                        We have booked thanks for booking at abt, bhuvanagiri-tn (Ph: [protected], [protected])
                                        Lr no 725157 consignee sukumar on 26/02/2019 at 10:26 hrs
                                        Delivery at :sriperumbudur-tn ph: [protected], [protected] but still we have not received our parcel.

                                        The employee not even responding about the parcel where it is.
                                        Please any one could help to get our parcel as early as possible.
