As a customer when i faced a problem in delivering my material from ganapathy branch. i had given a complaint to the abt parcel service Head office and they have also warned them to give me a good service since i am receiving material parcel every week through them. Today the agent got angry on me when i went to take delivery my goods and he is questioning me how can i give a complaint against them to HO. i said its my rights as a customer to give a complaint to HO against any agents when i didn't get good service. such a peoples are handling the agency of ABT. i was dealing with them last four years and from the day one i am facing problems one way or other. i have also informed about all the issues to DGM of parcels but they are not able to take any actions against the agents. infact its really head ache to track our parcels after booking.Never work their online tracking system. i use to call 5 to 6 office peoples in different place to track my parcels that too 10 to 15 time.where as if i book through FEDEX or TCIXPS we can track on our mobile itself.no need to waste my money as well as time . After 4 years of trail i understood never change ABT Attitude no meaning of giving complaints also its waste of our time understood now . so whtever happend no do business with ABT PACELS, , , FIT FOR NOTHINGS ALL

Dear Sir, Our supplier from Theni booked parcel to Manjeri, Kerala and the weight is only 210 kgs. Normally we get parcels from Tamil Nadu and it is booked via ARC Travels and the charges for even above 500 kgs of the same type is below Rs. 2000. But this parcel from Theni to Manjeri is charged an exorbitant Rs. 6000 by you which is not at all acceptable. The LR No. is 644005 Hence, we request you to reverse the charges and...

Our consignment booked vide LR No:403118 dt 25-8-14 to Sholinghur is received in damaged condition at the destination.The goods are booked at your Padi Branch.Sholinghur is only 3 Hrs away from Chennai, and the material is damaged beyond use.The item is Steel Cast Plate in plain flat form.If such hard material is damaged in such short distance, wonder what can be the state of goods booked for longer destination. We sent material From Madhavaram(chennai) to Sivakasi on 08.09.2014, the Way bill no.328201.The customer didn.t receive material till 11.09.2014 6.30pm.The sivakasi agent told the material will reach Tomorow (12.09.2014) The freight Rs.8.00 / per kgs.Chennai to sivakasi delvery 4 days, this is very very worst service and Freight very very High.Our customer not satisfied, Kindly take immediate action and better service.

LR No: 798492 27 kg of Paddy from Harur (Dharmapuri) to Mayavaram (mayiladuthurai). Which was sent on 14th August 2014. Still now we haven't received. ABT parcel website Track ID is not working. Careless worker of ABT Parcel. We have been following this case From Monday (18.08.2014). No proper response from Salem, Tricy and Mayiladuthurai. Worst Service. Dear Sirs,

Nowadays ABT is giving the consignee copies of way bills in a small slip and that too in thermal paper.
We are unable to file or maintain your documents. Further since it is in thermal paper, the
prints in the consignee copy are getting faded after some time. Hence we request you to kindly
do the needful and arrange to issue GC like other transport people or better than other
transporters.

i ve send a parcel of books from abt parcel service from guindy to thuraiyur...on 21/01/14 but i didnt get it till now... waybill number : 323817 customer care response: investigation going on...(!!!) through phone... mailed them twice...no response...

we have booked invitation cards from bangalore to udumalpet(coimbatore district.
we booked it on august 5th morning in sultanpet.,there was a lady in that counter for booking., we told her its very urgent she told us, we will get it on august8th,but when we called ABT parcel service coimbatore head office., they are saying its, still in bangalore and we get after 2 days...no proper response., since its invitation card they is a huge delay in our marriage plan.Itz better to change the lady to make sure all parcel reaches on particular date.Great head ache for us and our parents.

About Viswanathapuram Branch:
The customer handling is very poor. They doesn't know the very manners.
If I ask on single query/doubt about my getting my parcel receiving, they are telling me to meet in the COURT.

That people are like Goondas. If I was lenient, they could have ASSAULT me. But I didn't. Bloody I F_CK Off them. Blast like anything.

Definitely ABT Parcel Service name will be spoiled if its going on the same people & branch.

from sivagangai one parcel is send to surat.but in surat there is no abt parcel srvice.how can i receive that parcel
