I have ordered napier grass stem on 14/02/2019, and it was shipped on 15/02/19. The product has not reached till date (22/02/19), i dont know wheather product will reach or not? However the product will be useless waste of planting. They charged 1605 rs for delivery don't know what for? I have paid 3000rs for the product which i have ordered. From 18/02/19 onwards i was enquiring about my product. No response

    Respected sir/madam

    I parceled my two-wheeler from peelamedu, coimbatore to the destination kelambakam, chennai in abt parcel service on 31/01/2019. The waybill number is 128948 while booking they mentioned the delivery date will be between 02.02.19 to 04.02.19 still, the parcel is not reached yet. Today i contacted abt parcel customer service and they said the product is in main branch coimbatore. I want to know the reason for the delay of product and kindly make arrangement to deliver soon by tomorrow. Kindly consider this complaint and do in favor.

      As the parcel has been booked from pratapnagar branch to driver talked to booked person and told that he will call to a reciever 1 hour before reaching the destination as the receiver can reach upto to bypass from there place...
      But the bus driver didn't called and parcel has been takeover forward with the bus and now if we asking for reason he is telling we are not responsible for all that thing you should have to be there on time without asking us

        As per the discussion undersigned had with mr. Balakrishnan at nilambur office, we have not received any solution or response even after our continuous reminders against our below mail dated 03/01/2019

        We bring to your kind information that we had dispatched our instrument to our customer m/s. Reid and tailor india limited, nanjangud through your service vide l/r no. 993966 dated 05/12/2018.

        Unfortunately, due to some internal issues at customer end, they requested us to hold the instrument at our end till their clearance which is now lying at your warehouse. Further discussed had with customer yesterday, we understood that they will take the delivery after 1 month period.

        In this regards, we would like to take back the instrument from your warehouse immediately after your approval.

          Parcel need to get delivered in avadi, chennai onjan 5th itself, we are following through all phone number, but the reply was wrong status they are updating, still now parcel is not reached to customer. If i call to ponnamalli, they telling guindy, if i call to guindy, telling now got in respective place... Day by day we are nearing to pongal season, our customers got angry with us...

            We ayyappan agencies have got a parcel from banglore on 22/12/2018 which was recived at abt parcel service patel road ramnagar. The agent over there demanded the company's seal for taking delivery which we have left it in the office and requested him that we will provide address proof such as card and details with number but he refused. Then we contacted various persons through phone and at last one srm person spoke stating that he will provide materials if we submit our address proof copy and phone details along with a letter to the manager stating that we are taking delivery and will return on the next day with the company's seal and provide it over there. We dint expect such a cheap behaviour from the company and despite all efforts and time spent there was such a waste and would like to have some people address it. The person who came to collect the parcel was our company's md and he was treated in such a cheap manner.
            We recommended your company for the first time but after this poor service we will never recommend or suggest your service we are highly disappointed.

              Yesterday I booked 4 nos of 175/65 R14 ZVTS MRF car tyres to Salem from ABT, Moolakadai, Chennai. Bill#383183
              Actual total weight is 30 kg. But in the bill wt is mentioned as actual 40 kg and charged wt. for 80 kg.
              Also the amount is charged arbitrarily Rs.600/- without any basic.
              I strongly condem this type of wrong billing.
              Hence I bring this to your attention to return the balance amount based on actual weight.

                I have given my bike from Trivandrum ABT office to Chennai Saligraman. It took 7 days to deliver from there. I am fine with that but when we came to took that from Saligramam Chennai, the indicator was broken and petrol was leaking.I took my byke to a service centre nearby to repair thepetrol leakage and paid extra money aswell.

                I have paid more than 3K INR for courier charges and still the service is pathetic. No value for.money.

                  24th oct i sent bike from hyderabad to chennai
                  With cost of 2500rs and packing charge of 300 rs total 2800 rs.

                  But today i received bike from kanchipuram abt parcel service with damage of front doom glass and indicator of rear as attachment file.

                  I paid 2800rs but service was very poor in handling.

                  Last year am used the same service from kanchipuram to hyderabad but no scratches or damage fyi.

                  I need clarification and reimburse for the damages

                    Client has sent me my product on 5/10/18 from coimbatore to Theni and now the date is 8/10/18. Till date I haven't received my product and there is no response from any hub and Customer care that I enquired!. The online tracking report says my product bill no: 150732 is still on coimbatore. And there is no sign of dispatch. This is really tiring and now I feel ABt is not the right place for proper transport facility for a worthable products.
                    Dear friends

                    ABT worst service...don't trust this service friends it's seriously i told you...i am waiting for my bike ( Chennai to Hyderabad) it's all ready 9 days down ... ABT service persons told me again 2 more days you have to wait for it... this is worst service...please don't prefer this server
                    I have booked 1 parcel through ABT from Coimbatore to Chennai (Poonamallee) . i have booked it at urgent basis. but it reached after 6 days.

                      My consignment of two boxes [food item] was booked in abt, with article number number is 225887 from gudalur on 21/9/18 with a promise of delivering it on or before 25/9/18.

                      I got i (One) box on 28/9/18 and 1 is till not delivered, they told that forgot to pick the box from bengaluru god down. The box which delivered was contaminated by rats and no more useful.

                      I called them a couple of time for updates and they informed not to call, they will inform once my item is arrived.

                      Please do the necessity so that i will receive my missing item,
                      On 4th October my mom parcel Scooty to kallakurichi from paramathi Velur...the parcel service from paramathi Velur are not yet dispatch the material from there and past one week are my Scooty in there goodan the customer service are utter poor...when LL I get my Scooty back or else how can I withdraw my material back

                        On 12.09.2018 we sent a 10 lit wet grinder from coimbatore to bangalore. I'm very much frustrated that this abt parcel service is totally utter waste and poor customer service, the grinder is totally damaged at the bottom. It cannot be used without service. They get the amount around 800 for delivery, even though they don't deliver the product in good condition. I raised a complaint against this parcel service. Worst parcel service i ever met. No proper response too. Guys please don't ever prefer this courier they will ruin your money totally.

                        Our material coming from Chennai to Coimbatore through ABT parcel service.
                        Material already reached four days before in sulur branch(Door delivery basis).
                        But till now we not receive the material. Sulur branch no response and not pick our call. we need the material today. arrange to deliver the material immediately.

                          We are booked 30 kg parcel of camphor from karaikudi to guntur, our lr no ; 617734 booked on 08.09.2018, still parcel not delivered to destination address, i contact with chennai office they said we cannot move your parcel and they said you come and take parcel, from karaikudi to chennai 600km, and they are not given any information about parcel, if they cannot movie the parcel means why they book they parcel, i need my parcel within two day return to me or deliver to destination addres otherwise i will go to consumer court.

When i asked this the branch person said that they forgot to send the product bill along with the parcel...

                            My way bill number was 796207. I was booked courier for my bike in your abt service from attur in the date of 18/08/18. They are told like to you received your consignment within 3 days but it's takes one week still now not received. I was track my consignment it's showing like product still in salem, i was really shocked. I was believe in your service thats the main reason to booking in your abt. But this time i was very disappointed in your service. I have emergency to get my bike. When it's dispatch from salem then when it's receive from my location i don't know.
                            Please take immediate action or do some magic to get my consignment as soon as possible. I m still believing in your service. I m waiting for your reply to known about exactly what happened, why this delay happen.

                              It is very sad to tell you that, india's worst parcel service is abt parcel.

                              We have booked a parcel from coimbatore to davanagere vide l r no is 959253 on 9th august, already it is 20th august but still we have not received our parcel.

                              The employee not even responding about the parcel where it is.
                              Please any one could help to get our parcel as early as possible.

                                    Hi am SUDHARSHAN from kanchipuram I had booked my bike parcel on ABT from kanchipuram to coimbatore they charged me 400 Rs for packaging and 1650 as transportation charge and again 150 for unloading charge this all waste for me totally waste I received my bike as damaged condition because of improper packing I received my bike on 4th day of my shipment totally worst service in ABT I spoked regarding this with some called as a manager in ABT he promised me tat he will refund Rs 200 in two days but it almost 10 days gone after he promised but no response from his side he not responding my call and my msgs tooo.i taking this issue as a serious and going post my photos in social medias thanks for all ur worst services

But i need to deliver in my godown itz just 2.5 km from my shop.. And also from ur abt office in wayanad sulthan bathery... But in ur office while booking if we give tht godown address they told they vl deliver thr no problem... But hre in sulthan. Bathery ur office staff s telling they won't deliver thr... Don't book in our transport and all... They are telling they can't deliver thr...
