        This is Mouly Prasaanth (CID: C[protected], I have cleared my Technical Round and Managerial Round with Accenture on Oct 6 2023 and Uploaded my Documents for Verification. Next day POC from Document verification team connected with me for further details and told me that they are going to move my candidature to next level and Recruiter will connect with me but I didn't recieved any updates yet. I have tried to connect with my Talent coach regarding that but I couldn't reach them and no replies given to my mails as well. I have Written this query in Accenture Portal as well but no replies as for now so writing here. Please help me to understand what causing this delay in process and let me know the status of my Candidature. PFA documents for Reference.

          Hi iam p rahul my CID:C8368691 i have cleared hr interview and i was giving Online skill assessment in online Due to power cut my wifi router has been turned off and the page showed error after that i tried calling my hr to inform that she just won't pick the call even one time and after one day it's showing candidature is rejected in accenture portal and now I can't apply for 6 months from the interview because of accenture recruitment policies Look accenture was my dream job and This is india here we can see power cuts and how can i expect that power cut will happen during my assessment please i want to work in accenture please help me

              PF Transfer Issue due to EPS not deducted by Accenture

              My Accenture Employee ID is 11291722.

              I had left Accenture in 2019 and in 2021 I had raised request for PF transfer, which was rejected by PF office as EPS was not deducted.

              Multiple complaints were raised to Eb.SocialSecurity team of Accenture for the status of the EPS deduction and every time the ticket was marked as resolved giving some random future dates as ETA.

              Finally again in June 2023,...

                Employee Application Form LOA(Letter of Authorization)

                Hello,

                I was assigned a task to upload Letter of Authorization(LOA) in accenture. I was asked to upload the version-8(LOA).                 Hi, I'm Jenita Rodrigues from India. I got call from accenture for work from home opportunity. So they asked money for registration and training. After that HR told me that they'll provide laptop to me on MAY 20th. But after June 12th, they told me that they can't send laptop to my place because of some technical issues. So they told me that they will refund my money (9, 500 rupees). From June 12th they are not replying us properly. HR gave K-42 as my joining code. Can you please help me out to solve this problem? HR name is Monika, Neha and Ansh. And the person who took interview to me is Himanshu Sharma.

                              I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my recent experience with the recruitment process at Accenture for the Query Management role. I applied for this position and participated in the initial interview, which I successfully cleared. However, I am deeply concerned about the way my application and rejection were handled in the subsequent stages of the process.

                              My concerns and grievances are as follows:

                              Timing of Rejection: On September 27, 2023, I had a telephone interview scheduled at 5:00 PM by recruiter Devyani Singh for the Query Management role. Unfortunately, I received a rejection email at 4:00 PM on the same day, just an hour before the scheduled interview time. This abrupt timing left me both surprised and disheartened, as I had successfully progressed through the first round and was looking forward to the second round.

                              I would like to request the following as a resolution to this complaint:

                              Kindly help me to remove my profile and resume from your company's (Accenture) portal.

                                DELAYED PF TRANSFER - PENDING SINCE 12 months_13170824

                                Even after multiple follow ups and repeated mails to accenture my PF amount is not yet transferred to my current organisation.

                                My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

                                We understand your concern.

                                Please be informed that your documents are ready for authorization for seal and signature, once done will share the acknowledgment copy with you.

                                We understand your concern, however the complete EPS correction dependency is with PF department, we have to go through the based on the RPFC requirement and also there are huge volume of EPS correction under process with department hence the given time lines are changing every time.

                                It’s definitely on our radar and we will follow it up to closure

                                We will update you once it's done and you can file your PF application.

                                Til now after this mail I haven’t received any update. I am not sure how much more time it will take.

                                And I am not the first person complaining about this. There are other employees too facing this issue.

                                Request you to please take this complaint seriously as its my hard earned money and i want it to get transferred as soon as possible to withdraw amount.
