PF Transfer issue-EPS

Hi,
I am Ex-Accenture Employ : 11091766.
I worked with Accenture from 27 Apr 2015 to 17 Apr 2018. and after that I applied to transfer my PF to current company . But Accenture not deducted EPS and all amount transfer to my PF account .
Now I am continuously follow-up on this issue from 6th July 2020 but still they are not giving any satisfactory response. Even I already provide PF pass book details, Form 11 . but still...

    Registration Issue Error Code:1009 Session ID: 84fb61837996

    I applied for Dh SASA role on 13 june
    My 90 days cooloff are over by 15 September I hope

    I'm still not able to register, as it shows registration already done, Registration Issue Error Code:1009 Session ID: 84fb61837996

    Please please please help me on this issue as Accenture helpline are not assisting me and asking to wait everytime tho my cool off period has ended

    I have attended the technical interview on 12th sep and after that I have seen in Accenture portal that you have cleared technical discussion but yet to have final discussion and it is in interviewing stage but i didnt get any call from hr, today when i have checked in the Accenture portal it is back to pending review what does it mean??

      Address: Mumbai Accenture Ofisce.

      As per Accenture PF team, EPS correction documents are submitted to RPFC but they did not share me the acknowledgment for refrence... I am just asking them to provide me ack so that i can raise the grievances But. Accenture pf team is not responding to my mails now and there is no way to contact them. Its a very pathetic situation.

      I have been contacting Accenture since March 2020 and they have been just giving reasons or asking me to fill some documents. Now from past few months reply has been changed and getting a standard reply mentioned that correction doc is submitted but unable to share me acknowledgment.

      please help in this . I have been sending mails again and again to eb.[protected]@accenture.com but no response at all.

      same thing happening with me .
      They are not providing any reference and acknowledgement.

          On the accenture careers portal whenever I try to apply for any position, it says "your resume is already present in our database".
          I have tried many ways but nothing is working out for for.
          Resolution can be, Deleting my existing profile from the database.
          Last time I appliend in Accenture before 2 years.

                        I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the lack of communication and follow-up on my interview process with Accenture.

                        In 2022, after a rigorous interview process, I received a message from your team stating that although I had performed impressively, the company could not move forward with my application due to the high volume of candidates. However, I was assured that I would be contacted again when there was a need for my role.

                        To my delight, in 2023, I received a follow-up email stating that there was an urgent requirement for the role I had interviewed for, with a proposed start date in April. I promptly responded to this email, expressing my enthusiasm and eagerness to join the Accenture team.

                        However, it is now September, and I have not received any further communication or information regarding the status of my application, the onboarding process, or any additional details about the role. I have sent numerous emails seeking clarification and an update on the situation, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

                        This lack of communication has left me in a state o[censored]ncertainty and frustration. I had been excited about the prospect of joining Accenture and contributing to your organization's success. However, the complete silence from your end has left me in a difficult position, as I am unsure of the status of my application and whether I should continue to keep this opportunity on hold.

                        I understand that organizations may face challenges, but I believe that open and transparent communication is essential in such situations. I kindly request that you provide me with an update on the status of my application and any relevant information regarding the position I was offered. If there have been any changes or delays, I would appreciate being informed promptly.

                        I remain genuinely interested in joining Accenture and contributing to its success. However, the current lack of communication and information has left me feeling disheartened.

                        I look forward to hearing from you and hope that we can resolve this matter promptly.

                          When I entered the interview lobby I got You are in the Queue, Please wait until you are invited and after 3 to 4 hours the screen displayed PLEASE WAIT TO BE QUEUED. We will assign you a room queue shortly.
                          Do Please resolve this issue and reschedule my interview

                            Hello sir,
                            I have given my communication test on 27 July, 2023. I faced some issues regarding submission of that test. so I called at your technical support and she said that my test was submitted. Even, when I opened my test again it was written that I have completed my test. But till now I have not received any mail regarding my interview. Even I complaint about this before and your team said that I have not given my communication test yet and my communication test shall be scheduled again . But yet I have not received any information regarding communication test or interview.
                            So, I request you to please solve any issue as soon as possible.

                              My previous company Accenture India Pvt Ltd and I submitted my PF account transfer to my current employeeer EPAM systems

                              My current employer sent the documents to Accenture India Pvt Ltd and Accenture has submitted the documents to PF office

                              Still my old PF : MHBAN[protected] account is not transferred to my new PF account APHYD[protected]which is currently maintaining by EPAM Systems).

                                My Name is Suganya and CID No is C12147909. I gave interview on 12Th August 2023.I got the message that you have cleared technical round within the same day of interview. Uploaded all the documents and after few days when I checked now it’s showing delay in processing your candidature. POC is also not showing now. Kindly assist whom should I contat for the further step.
