Hi,

Kindly help me to remove my profile and resume from your company's (Accenture) portal. My CID was generated 11 months back and ideally it should have been deleted automatically

    Dear Accenture Team,

    I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my recent experience with the recruitment process at Accenture for the Query Management role. I applied for this position and participated in the initial interview, which I successfully cleared. However, I am deeply concerned about the way my application and rejection were handled in the subsequent stages of the process.

    My concerns and grievances are as follows:

    Timing of Rejection: On September 27, 2023, I had a telephone interview scheduled at 5:00 PM by recruiter Devyani Singh for the Query Management role. Unfortunately, I received a rejection email at 4:00 PM on the same day, just an hour before the scheduled interview time. This abrupt timing left me both surprised and disheartened, as I had successfully progressed through the first round and was looking forward to the second round.

    I would like to request the following as a resolution to this complaint:

    Kindly help me to remove my profile and resume from your company's (Accenture) portal.

    Please remove it ASAP. I don't want my details in the recruitment database and also remove from all entities which I have been tagged.

    An explanation for the timing of the rejection email, particularly the close proximity to the scheduled interview time.

    I want to emphasize that my intention in filing this complaint is not to create any undue inconvenience but rather to seek clarity and improvement in the recruitment process. I value Accenture as a prospective employer and hope that this feedback can contribute to a more transparent and constructive candidate experience in the future.

      DELAYED PF TRANSFER - PENDING SINCE 12 months_13170824

      Even after multiple follow ups and repeated mails to accenture my PF amount is not yet transferred to my current organisation.

      My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

      We understand your concern.

      Please be informed that your documents are ready for authorization for seal and signature, once done will share the acknowledgment copy with you.

      We understand your concern, however the complete EPS correction dependency is with PF department, we have to go through the based on the RPFC requirement and also there are huge volume of EPS correction under process with department hence the given time lines are changing every time.

      It’s definitely on our radar and we will follow it up to closure

      We will update you once it's done and you can file your PF application.

      Til now after this mail I haven’t received any update. I am not sure how much more time it will take.

      And I am not the first person complaining about this. There are other employees too facing this issue.

      Request you to please take this complaint seriously as its my hard earned money and i want it to get transferred as soon as possible to withdraw amount.

                      I have applied for the role of Bengaluru Associate-Query Management few months back and got a CID number. That application is not been reviewed and now Iam not able to apply for other relevant position because of the previous CID.

                          Hi Accenture team I applied on Accenture with this Cid mentioned above on June 2023 and after that position was not good for me i was looking for another position so I decided to delete Cid as per my request Accenture team deleted my Cid which is (CID):C8024208 on aug 2023 but now one of Accenture employee refer me on 24 September 2023 but I am unable to create cid from another mail also getting error so plz help me for creation of Cid delete my duplicate data also if any related to past Cid which I mentioned I provide error msg which is mentioned below from my every email id I am getting this issue plz solve my issue asap I really want to be a part of Accenture

                              I have applied for this job long time ago it's been 3 months but i didn't get any response from them till now! So I no longer want to apply for the role of 'Cloud Insfrastructure' my CID: C11931446 but I'm not able to withdraw my application.
                              Which is not allowing me to apply or get referred for any other role.
                              Please remove all CID's from my data. So I can apply for the another roles.

                                  I hope this message finds you well. My name is Tushar Vats, and I am writing to bring to your attention some significant concerns regarding my recent document submissions and a critical issue with my PAN (Permanent Account Number) during the registration process.

                                  Approximately 28 days ago, I diligently submitted all the required documents as part of my application. Regrettably, as of today, only 11 out of the total submissions have been verified. The submission deadline has already passed, and despite my multiple attempts to seek assistance through support tickets, I have not received a satisfactory response to address this issue.

                                  I kindly request your intervention in escalating this matter to the relevant department for prompt resolution. The delay in document verification is causing substantial anxiety and hindering the completion of my application.

                                  Furthermore, there is a persistent discrepancy in my PAN details. The PAN mentioned incorrectly in my Electronic Application Form (EAF) is BWEPV1057Q, whereas the correct PAN is BWEPV1056Q. I have previously raised tickets to correct this error, but regrettably, no action has been taken, and my communications regarding this discrepancy have seemingly been overlooked.

                                  I humbly request your immediate attention to rectify the PAN discrepancy and expedite the document verification process. These issues are critical for the successful completion of my application, and time is of the essence.

                                      Made a phone pe payment and it's successful as well. But conductor argued, payment is not received by Apsrtc. Hence, I had to provide cash to collect the ticket. Help me refund my money. Thanks!
