Hi team.
I switched from aircel postpaid to prepaid and it is changed as per the information provided by customer care.
They asked.me.to.call 59059 to.activate but I am in Kerala and could.not do that
And I am.with out a connection for this past 4 days and I have asked.for a alternative they asked.me.to contat service center in Chennai orcall 59059 when I am.in Chennai

I just stopped using my old number by august, 2016 as I have to leave to a abroad. Now iam back and I like to have my old number back.I have using that number 7 years and its kinda important. I have no idea whether it is allotted to someone else. So kindly help me to get my number back asap.

Disturbing mobile numbers whose first 6 numbers r same n remaining are different. These numbers are: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] are disturbing on my mobile phone. After attending their call they wont speak any thing n after rejecting and not attending the call they call over and over again with numbers like above metioned. This is notorious please help!!!...

Aircel company is now cheating their customers.. They deduct my 57 rs. Balance without any reason.. They started vas on my no. Without any activation.. I did not active any plan.. But they deducted my balance 0n 19th april.. Now customer care service is also making fool me.. I need my balance.. Otherwise i am going to change sim.. And i suggest you all.. Do not use aircel.. Amount not returned till date. Hi Team,

I am getting regular message like "Your NDMC170317SMS2" pack has been renewed". Although I have not taken any service and pack.

My account balance is reducing due to deductions of this pack.

Please stop this auto renewal pack asap. And refund my deducted balance.

Even I tried to customer care numbers but not able to connect.

Please fix this issue otherwise...

My Aircel postpaid no. [protected], I pay a bill of 370-450 per month but Aircel only gives 200mins talktime and 2g internet. (Not even 3g) other networks like jio offers 4g, unlimited calls and messages for 3 months.
The network seems worthless, please give some 3g data to my phone no.please.
When will Aircel come with 4g, it's 5g in a year or two.
Please take actions or deactivate my sim....

I'm unable to make outgoing calls from my Aircel number. I can receive incoming calls and messages. Unable to make calls to any number. I have sufficient balance to make outgoing call.
Have tried using different handset too. Same problem continues.
Did not use sim card for some days.
I don't think the number is blocked because I can receive calls. Only outgoing is my problem....

I didnt activate anything but you deduct.. I need refund for my [protected] number. I need my 30 rupees. We are users.. Not a #. Show my activation date and my view. Without knowledge u taking like that mean. Also u are sewing all my messages and calls is it. This is poor work from aircel. Hello sir,
I bought an aircel sim 4 years ago in hyderabad india
And 3 months ago i shifted to saudi arabia with my sim.
I opened my sim in between these days to check if it got decativated due to no use but it was working.
But today i tried to make a call to check if it is still activated
And it said
"the aircel num youre calling is temporarily unavailable"
I dont want my sim to get decativated...

The code *143*0# is not working and rather it is throwing an error message of 'connection problem or mmi code invalid'. My connection belongs to kolkata circle. I have tried several times, but the problem is persistent. I havr tried alternative codes too. However, none of them work to fetch me my current data balance. Please look into the issue and let me know a way around to check the Limited 3g data balance.
