        I had activated a 50paisa pack for all local calls at 1p/s by using ussd *122# and then there going on 'local call plan' option. But it is autorenewal and deducting my balance everyday on number [protected]. I talked to customer care agent also but he didnot do anything. Please help me on deactivating this pack. Rs 23 has already been deducted from my balance.

                the agency can't response my call. i think that's my fault to purchase aircel company sim card.i feel like agency was cheating me.please take the action to the agency executives and the agency.

                  I have used aircel postpaid. I missed that number somewhere. After few months again I was going to get num through aircel dealer. They got existing balance and new deposit amount from me and given new sim card. Bt the number is not actvated. If I ask to dealer (Pondicherry), they request now Rs.10000 to actiavte the num. Worst ISP ever. So cheatimg from AIRCEL.

                    I subsribed Rs 9 internet pack for one day. Even I tried several USSD codes to stop auto renewal it got renewed next day while I saw that the auto renewal pack is deactivated when I typed the USSD codes. But still my balance is deducted
                    I tried several USSD codes which have been shown in internet but none is working. Months ago the USSD code *121*09# is working for deactivation of this internet pack and I tried the same this time but still my balance is deducted. Even many aircel users suffer from the problem of auto renewal pack.

                    So, I kindly request to either remove the auto renewal services or provide the users with appropriate USSD codes and JUST don't change those codes frequently.

                      I'm Manoj biswal and my no is [protected] . Aircel has dedicated 5.00 rupees for a call for 5 second only .. I have called customer care number 198 of aircel and they says it's a technical problem.. It happens before.. And the customer service person always have the same answer" technical problems". Very poor customer service... Not satisfied anymore.. I have mobile no before [protected] .. That was also have the same problems.. Always the customer care says technical problem. Aircel should pay for the the harassment's..

And the customer executive told that it will be solved within 1 month, but we are not satisfied with your response.Sir we want a new tower near philia hospital palghar.                               I have asked to switched to post paid by an Aircel customer service agent to get nano sim. The customer service agent promised me that my balance would be transferred to my post paid account. But till date the balance has not been transferred and I'm paying my monthly bill every month. I've raised several complaints regarding this issue via customer care call service but have not received a proper response. Based on my experience, I've had a very bad customer service with Aircel

                                My Delhi-NCR mobile number [protected], that i got activated around July 2013 has been barred even though it was ON, a couple of weeks ago, when i was in my hometown, Varanasi for 4 months.
                                I even recharged it on 5th April, 2017 with Rs.155/- . Neither did I loose those 155 bucks but my one way secured type entry to my emails and everything.
                                I seriously need my number re-activated as it is connected to my important mail IDs and stuff.
                                Please help me out ASAP.

                                      just now i did a recharge of 35 i need to get a balnc of 45 but its shows zero balnc when i called your cc mr amzad pic the call and answered very badly slready i have given a complaint to consumer forum regarding your fake offer i want my balance back..can i get a call from your side..my humble request stop deducting the balnce even am going to post this msg on twitter so that people should get aware how aircel is deducting amount in shake of giving fake offer dial*121# select offer for you recharge 35 get 45tt..
