I visited aircel
customer service center in t. Nagar, chennai on 10th april and filled up forms, provide id/address proof details for converting my post-paid connection (number removed) to pre-paid connection.
I was told it will take 24 days (God only knows why). I have been trying to call aircel
customer service every week. First of all, they have ensured that the menu options do not allow you to speak to any one. After many frustrating attempts, i managed to speak to someone today, who cooly said, they have closed this request because their bank end team tried to reach me and i was not available. Isn't this ridiculous?
Here i am trying to reach them every week trying to find out status. The least they should do is to send me an sms saying they tried to reach me and could not.
Also, as part of this request first thing they did was to disconnect 3g and isd on 10th april itself. They have left with with no 3g, no isd and pre-paid migration was also not done.
Is this how aircel
serves their customers?
No grievence numbers anywhere, and no responsible individuals in their customer service.
