Dear sir,
I am syed aqueel please activate my sim. It has been disconnected due to zero usage as i was not it because i was abroad in recent past.
My sim number is[protected] mobile number[protected].
As i confirm near by aircel office it is not alotted to some one.
It is still registered to my identity.
So i kindly request you please activate my sim....

I dont know why they are getting me subscribed to music connect when im nit subscribing it and deducting my balance again and again i am seriously getting pissed off by this this is thrice they have deducted my balance when im asking them to un subscribe it they are saying its already nit subscribed but reducing my balance i want my balance back im really getting annoyed by this stupid thing in aircel i just want to throw of this sim the...

Postpaid to prepaid request was placed on jan 12th 2017. I was informed that it will be converted in 15 days. Feb 5th bill generated but number was converted. I paid the bill and i went to aircel showroom (Palavakkam-chennai) thrice no response atlast they gave email to contact i emailed them no response and again i emailed them then they converted the postpaid to prepaid on march 2nd which is 50 days from the date of initial request placed...

Myself mayukh jain and my no. Is [protected].my no is used in important documents, ptm, banks etc.I facing many issues and problems so please activate my sim as soon as possible.This company is trusted and helpful .

They are activating MOBCGK30 service for my mobile number without my consent.

After I'm getting bill when I checked it, Its showing that and called the customer care and explained about it, they have told like we are taking request and the amount will be reduce within 7 days.

Immediatly they are passing message to me for make they payment...

My no is [protected], I purchased this sim on 3rd may 2017 and seller told me that it will get activate with 24 hours but it is still not activated. So please consider the same and activate my SIM as soon as possible.

Please be informed to you that no official store available for post paid as well as prepaid customers few of retailing shops are available at the city they are not able assist customers/consumers

Customer care desk services are more worst then the retailer, an incident happened to my friend mr. Raja who were having post paid connection requests to migrate to prepaid till not completed the request which is processing by one...

When i inserted my Aircel sim into mobile it is not working, other sims are working fine. Please Resolve my issue. Mobile balance is also there for my aircel number.

On 28.04.2017 a sum of Rs.50 has been debited from a main account for which I have not warranted any extra service from Aircel. I am subscriber for the fast 13 years. The amount wrongly debited may be re-credited.

I visited aircel customer service center in t. Nagar, chennai on 10th april and filled up forms, provide id/address proof details for converting my post-paid connection (number removed) to pre-paid connection.
I was told it will take 24 days (God only knows why). I have been trying to call aircel customer service every week. First of all, they have ensured that the menu options do not allow you to speak to any one. After many frustrating...

I'm trying to port my aircel prepaid no [protected], but when i keep sending port sms to 1900, without any reply from soccer, even the sms delivery report is not coming, please help to get upc code of my request.
Every time i sent sms i m getting.5 rs getting detected, but no reply is being recieved. I hope to get it resolved at the earliest....

I am Karthikeyan. I am using Aircel Postpaid Number about 2 years. On last three month my mobile bill is very high. my business level in very low. I already raised complaint on Dec 2nd 2016. There was no response. So that I raised 3 more times the same complaint. But still I didn't get any response from aircel. If the plan I am increasing means they response with in 1 or 2 weeks. For the past, 2 rupees per day is getting deducted from my balance under NDAIRPI2. I didn't activate it and checked under 155223 and found I'm not subscribed to any pack. Not able to deactivate by sending STOP to 155223. Not able to get in touch with any customer care executive. This is pathetic service and cheating by AIRCEL. just stop this. My no. [protected]...

My number [protected] was barred and I paid the pending amount which was told by showroom executive. She said it will be activated in 4 hours. I asked her to give in writing she refused. It is not activated even after 24 hour. When I called the customer care phone banking, none of them are able to provide any details and say that this detail are not available with us.

Then why the hell they have to run a customer care phone...

I mistakenly activated 3g services on my mobile no. of aircel. I have not used the 3g data on a single day, as they sent me the message that 3g services are not activated in my area, and they deducts 3 Rs. every night from my balance.

When i called the customer support, they are misleading me by different excuses and wrong information. They says, that they have sent me the message but i haven't received any message from them.br...
