In the Aircel number [protected], automatically Rs. 5/- deducted from balance for FUN BAZAR for continuously. Although, it was not subscribed. It was done by the Aircel itself. I have registered complaint on the aircel company also. But still no action has been initiated.

After complaining the balance is still deducting. Refund the balance.

Look after the matter seriously.

Dear Dibyendu,

We would like to inform you that TECHFB50 (Wallpapers & Animations) service, charges Rs 5, was activated on 6th May’17 after due consent from you. We have a dual consent record from your end in lieu of which the service was activated. You were again charged Rs 5 on 7th May’17 for reactivation of the service. However we have processed refund of Rs 10 and the same will be done within 24hrs.

We have deactivated the service online so that you won’t get charged for the same service in future.

    Very bad service provider... Daily they deducted my 5rs as they had activated some service even i had stoped the service den too they deduct the amt regularly and after every 5days 50rs is deducted for the same service which i had complaint for stop..i have given complaint many time to customer support executive they say the receive is stop and will give you refund but they dont give the money back and if we ask the status of complaint next day thee said amt will not be refunded and while customer talking the customer support executive disconnect the call.. if we tell them to transfer the call to Senior person they dont transfer the call...

    Vindo, Deepak, vikas, rajesh, ashish, these are executive misguide me as said service is stoped and money will get call and disconnect the call without giving proper solution in between the conversation... all false information is given to me.. Provide proper training to your employees they dont hai telephone etiquette and manner how to talk with customer..

    Do aircel give training to end call quickly without giving solution... I was using aircel from more then 12yrs... You are loosing your customer ... you guys are proving us to shift to other network ...
    they put the call on rejection i[censored] are irritated... dey dont want to speak with irritated customer ...
    Request you to give training how to give correct resolution to irritated rather disconnecting the call... even TL need trainning...

    Worst Service ... Please close your network... you guys provide Horrible Service...

    Sir..I bought an Aircel SIM today for Rs 99 with 8gb offer, numbered [protected].Upon dialling 59059 it again asks to dial the same number and asks to recharge the account. I was told that the SIM would be activated by the evening but now it still seems to be 'not working'.So please take necessary action and please notify me where the problem is.

      I'm trying to recharge for Rs 15 that is aircel to aircel free for one day but it's showing "Something happened and we couldn't complete this action" This is the 4th time I'm facing this problem. What to do now? This is my problem. How can I write a story on it? The shorter the problem the shorter the problem. The scratch card isn't working. What will I do now?

        I'm unable to send port message to 1900 even though i have a balance of 3rs. I have been trying since two days, also i have tried changing the handset and sending the message just to ensure there is no problem with my handset particularly but it still doesn't work. I think port services have been blocked. Kindly look into it asap!

          My Aircel PREPAID sim is not working. i am facing this problem often, nowadays. works for 2 days and not working for 15 days. when it will work and it wont, god only knows. The sim card was 10 year old. should i change it ?

                I'm fed up with the value aided pack activation. The moment i recharge i was being charged for various packages which i never choose. I have not made any such activations. But still it's being activated and renewed. Even after deactivating such packages are re activated. I need a complete solution for this. I don't want any such activations further..

                    One is asking 300Rs for converting into postpaid connection of my number and the other one is asking 500Rs for Prepaid connection and telling that there will me 50-50 chances getting back your sim.

                    I want to get my number back in prepaid only.

                    I SEERIUOSLY FED UP of this thing visiting the stores again and again.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have visited aircel store at himayath nagar on Wednesday 10 May 2017
                    they told me that your sim has to be reactivate As it is totally disconnected due to zero usage and it will cost you 300Rs
                    and gave me a new sim and said it will be activated in next 2 to 3 days.
                    Its been 5th day now since I got sim but still showing sim card registration failed.
                    Please do some thing.
                    I can't visit the store again n again.
                    new sim number is[protected] and my aircel number is [protected].
                    Please Activate my sim AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
                    Otherwise I WANT MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED.

                    One is asking 300Rs for converting into postpaid connection of my number and the other one is asking 500Rs for Prepaid connection and telling that there will me 50-50 chances getting back your sim.

                    I want to get my number back in prepaid only.

                    I SEERIUOSLY FED UP of this thing visiting the stores again and again.

                        Postpaid to prepaid request was placed on jan 12th 2017. I was informed that it will be converted in 15 days. Feb 5th bill generated but number was converted. I paid the bill and i went to aircel showroom (Palavakkam-chennai) thrice no response atlast they gave email to contact i emailed them no response and again i emailed them then they converted the postpaid to prepaid on march 2nd which is 50 days from the date of initial request placed but again march month bill got generated. I mailed aircel to get explanation request # 's 1-[protected], 1-[protected] & 1-[protected] but till now i was not given any proper reply from aircel regarding the issue. But i am getting calls from the collection department to pay the bill. Paying bill is not a big thing but aircel is trying to cheat the public which should not happen.

                        Converted to prepaid but it took 50 days but i was promised that it will take 15 days.

                        We would like to inform you that as per the records, you gave postpaid to prepaid request in Palavakkam store on 12/1/2017 but the same was not processed. Further, we escalated the issue to our concerned team and verified that it was wrongly tagged as retained by the agent in the 2nd round of retention calls. Later, we identified the issue and approved the number to prepaid on 3/3/2017. Meanwhile, the bill got generated for the numbers, Rs.295 for [protected], Rs.327 for [protected] & Rs.226 for [protected]. We nullified the Outstanding Bills due to the wrong retention. Currently, there are no Outstanding bills in your postpaid numbers.

                            They are activating MOBCGK30 service for my mobile number without my consent.

                            After I'm getting bill when I checked it, Its showing that and called the customer care and explained about it, they have told like we are taking request and the amount will be reduce within 7 days.

                            Immediatly they are passing message to me for make they payment or we will disconnect the service, beacuse of due date.

                            For the all months they are doing the same and get the money from me. But now only I have checked this.

                            They are cheat the customers as much as possible.

                            Last many months I was paid wrong payment without knowing this.

                            I'm totally disappointed of their service.

                                  The status of migration is post paid disconnected and prepaid still not yet activated regarding this several phone call i have to customer care no one is give right action and response i think they do not know well what to do in this case

                                  Aircel is one of the worst telecom company in india, trai should evaluate it's operation and customer service
