My Aircel PREPAID sim is not working. i am facing this problem often, nowadays. works for 2 days and not working for 15 days. when it will work and it wont, god only knows. The sim card was 10 year old. should i change it ?

give me permanent solution.

        I'm fed up with the value aided pack activation. The moment i recharge i was being charged for various packages which i never choose. I have not made any such activations. But still it's being activated and renewed. Even after deactivating such packages are re activated. I need a complete solution for this. I don't want any such activations further..

            I am syed aqueel please activate my sim. It has been disconnected due to zero usage as i was not it because i was abroad in recent past.

            I dont know why they are getting me subscribed to music connect when im nit subscribing it and deducting my balance again and again i am seriously getting pissed off by this this is thrice they have deducted my balance when im asking them to un subscribe it they are saying its already nit subscribed but reducing my balance i want my balance back im really getting annoyed by this stupid thing in aircel i just want to throw of this sim the mattet must be considered

              Postpaid to prepaid request was placed on jan 12th 2017. I was informed that it will be converted in 15 days. Feb 5th bill generated but number was converted. I paid the bill and i went to aircel showroom (Palavakkam-chennai) thrice no response atlast they gave email to contact i emailed them no response and again i emailed them then they converted the postpaid to prepaid on march 2nd which is 50 days from the date of initial request placed but again march month bill got generated. I mailed aircel to get explanation request # 's 1-[protected], 1-[protected] & 1-[protected] but till now i was not given any proper reply from aircel regarding the issue. But i am getting calls from the collection department to pay the bill. Paying bill is not a big thing but aircel is trying to cheat the public which should not happen.

              Converted to prepaid but it took 50 days but i was promised that it will take 15 days.

              We would like to inform you that as per the records, you gave postpaid to prepaid request in Palavakkam store on 12/1/2017 but the same was not processed. Further, we escalated the issue to our concerned team and verified that it was wrongly tagged as retained by the agent in the 2nd round of retention calls. Later, we identified the issue and approved the number to prepaid on 3/3/2017. Meanwhile, the bill got generated for the numbers, Rs.295 for [protected], Rs.327 for [protected] & Rs.226 for [protected]. We nullified the Outstanding Bills due to the wrong retention. Currently, there are no Outstanding bills in your postpaid numbers.

                  I'm having Aircel Post Paid Number. My number is [protected].

                  They are activating MOBCGK30 service for my mobile number without my consent.

                  After I'm getting bill when I checked it, Its showing that and called the customer care and explained about it, they have told like we are taking request and the amount will be reduce within 7 days.

                  Immediatly they are passing message to me for make they payment or we will disconnect the service, beacuse of due date.

                  For the all months they are doing the same and get the money from me. But now only I have checked this.

                  They are cheat the customers as much as possible.

                  Last many months I was paid wrong payment without knowing this.

                  I'm totally disappointed of their service.

                        Please be informed to you that no official store available for post paid as well as prepaid customers few of retailing shops are available at the city they are not able assist customers/consumers

                        Customer care desk services are more worst then the retailer, an incident happened to my friend mr. Raja who were having post paid connection requests to migrate to prepaid till not completed the request which is processing by one of a retailer shop name rs communication located at london pet bus stand krishnagiri krishnagir district shop cell # [protected]

                        The status of migration is post paid disconnected and prepaid still not yet activated regarding this several phone call i have to customer care no one is give right action and response i think they do not know well what to do in this case

                        The retailer is saying you can port the number to another company instead of migration this aircel will not perform well about the migration

                        Aircel is one of the worst telecom company in india, trai should evaluate it's operation and customer service

                                    I visited aircel customer service center in t. Nagar, chennai on 10th april and filled up forms, provide id/address proof details for converting my post-paid connection (number removed) to pre-paid connection.
                                    I was told it will take 24 days (God only knows why). I have been trying to call aircel customer service every week. First of all, they have ensured that the menu options do not allow you to speak to any one. After many frustrating attempts, i managed to speak to someone today, who cooly said, they have closed this request because their bank end team tried to reach me and i was not available. Isn't this ridiculous?

                                    Here i am trying to reach them every week trying to find out status. The least they should do is to send me an sms saying they tried to reach me and could not.

                                    Also, as part of this request first thing they did was to disconnect 3g and isd on 10th april itself. They have left with with no 3g, no isd and pre-paid migration was also not done.

                                    Is this how aircel serves their customers?
                                    No grievence numbers anywhere, and no responsible individuals in their customer service.

                                      I'm trying to port my aircel prepaid no [protected], but when i keep sending port sms to 1900, without any reply from soccer, even the sms delivery report is not coming, please help to get upc code of my request.
